Mercado Dos Poetas – Tourism Apartments

I dreamed to live in this type of room. Ordered earlier in Prague, it didn't work. The hotel (studio apartment) very liked. Recipeshen nearby, on the same street. The administrator is very kind, carried out, showed everything. The family room, I was alone. Upstairs sleep warmer. There's an air conditioner. The welcome portwain is very delicious! In the room everything is available: refrigerator, teapot, pans, stove, safe. I'm not in a suitcase, I was OK, but with a suitcase it will be hard to get up to the room. Hotel in the center, near the metro, supermarkets.

Very modern, clean hotel, located close to the metro station. Very friendly staff - quickly responding to client's requests. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Cleaned daily. The shower - amazing with some nice features :)

Having had to leave our previous 'hotel' as it was so horrendous we arrived here where we were greeted with very friendly staff and a warm lobby. They sorted us a room and must have given us a really nice room following our bad experience as we were on the 6th floor at the back with a lovely view of the city. The room itself was really quite large and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept so well! There was a TV, free wifi, AC/heating and a really nice bathroom. The bar/room service menus were reasonably priced and the staff had great knowledge of the city. The hotel itself is about a 5/10 minute walk from the main station you arrive in to from the airport which was really handy for our early journey on our final day. Would stay here again if I went back to Porto!

Wow- what a wonderful base to explore Porto. We were three females there for a few days and loved it. The manager was super helpful, we had a lovely welcome basket and the team who tidied and cleaned our to were exceptional. The beds, shower and all amenities were excellent - our nespresso pods, water, tea etc refilled daily and we even had a dishwasher! Super small shops close by where we bought local cheese, hams and bread - perfect for breakfast. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

Not suitable for digital nomads - The world's worst hostel – Cafeteria with beds. Photos cheat, this site has only a beautiful decoration, shows spaces that are practically exclusive for a coffee-restaurant that works there, this is a very bad choice for accommodation****, If you are thinking of working or making friends in the hostel or just spending the day there resting. As a regular traveler, These are some of the reasons to say it is a bad hostel: • The letters sound with each movement. • The coats are uncomfortable. • No kitchen, nor even a microwave or water heating. • The food in the cafe is expensive and few options. • There is outside noise in the nights, by the street and the cafeteria in the first floor. • No social areas for guests (It is a restaurant coffee, for all the public). • No table can be used to work (Everyone has a letter from banning it). • They send you to work to a discovered patio and if the restaurant is filled you will be removed from there. • In the outdoor patio is not the good internet signal. • The patio is wet and is full of mosquitoes. • There is only one bathroom in the room with shower for 6 people. • No outdoor bathroom shared with showers. • Who is apparently the owner or administrator, does bad face, seeing one working in the facilities and has very bad attitude moves guests working from one side to the other. • The employees respond grossly and are not ready to work together. • Outside the bed they don't have any attention with the guest. • It's not safe to leave things on the tables because people are all in the streets. The worst option to host in Porto.

The room was clean and comfortable. The waiter was near the big market. It was close to the attractions. The subway station was close. The city hall was not far away. The most beautiful cafe was crowded.
