Good However, the inn needs a huge and urgent renovation. The wood on the second floor balcony is all rotten, someone will end up leaning on it and falling with it or it will fall on top of someone on its own and cause an accident with a guest. A very good point and the service provided by the attendant who checked me in on 04/25 was very attentive and the rest of the staff were also very attentive. The coffee was well served, I have nothing to complain about. The very negative point is that the structure is very finished and if it continues like this in a few days the civil defense will close the inn. Last year I stayed at the inn and this year I stayed again and it got a lot worse from last year to this.

Excellent value for money. Well located hotel, simple but very tasty breakfast! Attentive staff, especially Adriana. The beach is just a few meters away, there is a restaurant and grocery store nearby. Easy to get to other beaches.

Bad experience! Nothing in the room works properly and every day there was a super noisy construction site in the hotel. I requested a room change and was completely ignored. Super noisy air conditioning, shower didn't work properly, TV turned off every minute and the construction site was extremely noisy.

We closed the package at CVC and were informed that the hotel was simple, simple ok but bad infrastructure is something totally different. First of all, the room smells like mold, bad bed, the bathroom mirror can't be seen (it was changed at the end of the stay) Breakfast with a good option but the smell of mold is very strong (very much so) The service and the pool area are good.

My husband and I stayed in apar**ent 11 and from the first day our bathroom got wet/flooded when we took a shower. Water was leaking through the shower. We complained to Wilson, the manager, he said that maintenance would apply silicone to the shower, but it didn't help, it continued to leak a lot of water. We asked to change rooms but they only did so on our last night at the hotel. Other than that, there is no hairdryer in the rooms, they rent it for 5.00 per 30 minutes of use. I tried to negotiate to reduce the cost of hairdryer and beach towel rentals due to the bathroom inconvenience, but they said it was not possible. Other than that, apar**ent 11 had a strong musty smell, the bathroom had a very bad smell. The best thing was the breakfast, but even so, it was quite average, nothing extraordinary.
