Good value for money, great location and spacious room with roof windows. Wasn’t that clean, found so many random bugs everywhere even on the bed.

The room was sensational. I booked the Royal Suite. I could not fault the service from start to finish. The location is excellent and I would highly recommend the hotel. The Royal Suite has 2 bedrooms an a large bathroom with bath.

Was great accommodation, enjoyed the castle themed suite and it was a great stay overall. For a very reasonable price. Will 100% be staying there again.

The hotel has a great location, right next to the Old Town Square. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old, but otherwise there are no problems.

Great location and large rooms. But that's about it. But if you're looking for a simple hotel with no service in a good location in the Old Town of Prague 1, you can't go wrong. I would stay there again. Parking directly in front of the hotel for €25/day

It's called a two-bedroom apartment, but it's actually one bedroom and one living room. There's just a bed in the living room. There's only one bathroom, in the inner room. People staying in the living room have to go through the inner room to get to the bathroom, and people staying in the inner room have to go through the living room to go out. In short, it's extremely inconvenient. It's false advertising and doesn't live up to its name.

The location of the hotel saves the whole situation. The first impression of the room: cold, the wallpaper is peeling off, the curtains are half torn off. The room is listed as having a kettle or coffee pot, but you have to ask for it, as well as a mug. The hair dryer in the shower did not work. On the last day of our stay there was no hot water in the evening, we had to wash in lukewarm water. It was very cold in the room at night. The hotel did not provide a room with a view of the parliament, although it was mentioned in the correspondence. In the end, they put us on the first floor and from 7 am there were renovations of the building next door outside the windows. I woke up not because I had slept enough, but because of the workers' laughter and the sound of hammers. But as I already said, the location saves. Everything is within walking distance. The metro station is near the hotel, trams run. The hotel can organize a transfer to the airport.

Everything is pretty good, especially the location, which I think is excellent.

The decoration of the room is very classical and gorgeous. The room is also very large. The toilet is just like a five-star hotel. Overall, it is clean. The price is very reasonable. However, the only complaint is the lack of WiFi. I reported this to the male hotel staff, but he just said that there has been no WiFi for many days and had no intention of dealing with the problem. His attitude was very arrogant. This is the only thing that can be improved. 

Hello, unfortunately the room was very dirty, the carpet, the floor, cold water, dust and cobwebs everywhere, the room also smelled bad and we had to air it out often. Parking outside on the street costs €80 per day, if you drive away you have to hope that you still get your parking space. Otherwise we were in a very good location, we were in the city in a few minutes on foot.

What the hell, this time it's really not worth recommending. The bathroom is warmer than the house.
