Overall very good! Location: Although not in the old city, but the surrounding is very quiet, Prague law and order is also good, although no one but feels very safe, and although on the river side, but close to the Grand Palace, walk to the Charles Bridge for 5 minutes. Service: Very welcoming front desk, responsive, very gentle breakfast service uncle. Diet: I like all kinds of sausages. Although I didn't have breakfast when I booked, I also confiscated my money... There was a piano playing at dinner, and the song was not very lyrical. Room: I chose a suite and shared a balcony next door, but no one next door, fresh air in the morning, toiletries are L'Occitane, the only drawback is that there are too few outlets

In the castle area, it is relatively close to the castle, church and Charles Bridge on foot. It is 1.5 kilometers away from the central railway station. Breakfast is 10 euros per person. It belongs to the castle hotel. The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean. I personally like it and the price is moderate (price And the location is better than the Binhai Hotel), that is, there are more steps on the third floor, but the guy at the front desk will help with heavy luggage, has a good attitude, and will be very careful to give directions. Hope for your reference.

Amazing: The hotel was transformed from a medieval âcastleâ and was very unique. It was like traveling through time and space and becoming a prince. The room I booked was very large, with a lounge, a large bathroom, and a moderate bedroom.
Surprised: There was no air conditioning, only a fan. Although I know that many hotels in Europe do not have air conditioning, I did not know when I booked. It happened to be very hot during the two days I stayed there, and I did not sleep well. National conditions are different. I hope Ctrip will clearly state whether overseas hotels have air conditioning.

The room is clean and comfortable, the front desk service is thoughtful, and the hotel decoration has a classical temperament. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to St. Vitus Cathedral, and the transportation is very convenient. There is a bus stop downstairs.

The hotel is very cost-effective. First of all, the location is very good, right next to the Charles Bridge. Whether it is to the Castle District or the Astronomical Clock, it only takes ten minutes to walk, and there are scenery along the way. Secondly, the hotel's breakfast is also very rich and can meet our breakfast needs. Finally, the hotel is only 20 minutes away from the airport, so there is no need to rush out. The facilities and environment are a little old, but the flaws do not outweigh the merits. Five-star recommendation!

I stayed there for a night. It was as described, very comfortable and nice room, a balcony, fridge, kettle and tea/coffee. I enjoyed my stay and wish I stayed more days there instead of the apartment I stayed at previously.

Very Good
JJAGRUTIWell Accommodating and Courtesy Stay -
During a 3 day visit to Prague me and a friend of mine got our stay at B&B Prague. We are so glad that we had booking with them as they were quite accommodating with all requests, check-in for us was around 3 PM but then as we had early flight we hopped in to see if there is any possibility to have early check in but to our surprise it was fab they arranged room in no time so we had check-in around 10 AM. The property has elevators , a common sitting area to catch up with friends or family, and a dining area and all is well maintained. We had a bit of last moment booking yet the price wasnât inflated considering the facilities and locality of the stay. It's located close to the city from Prague Airport we reached in 50 min or so by public transport and also it's easy to navigate so not an issue. Breakfast is complimentary but we felt it's more European taste bud oriented than continental one , but nonetheless they had few juice, toast, salads and jams for vegans. for Non Vegetarians there wouldnât be an issue as such but yea its all the European cuisines. They do have parking facilities around 15-20 Euros per day that needs to be booked at least a day in advance considering the busy season as well ! Personally we didnât use the paid parking facility as it was the weekend so we went for street parking thatâs free which was quite in front of the property and itâs again them who suggested this, so theyâre considerate of customers and just not money grabbers. Additional expenses apart from the booking fee we paid is city tax based on the number of days of stay we had. Restrooms are spacious, have basic essentials and good house keeping service as well . We did use their service of borrowing Iron box and board by paying a security deposit a nominal amount which is then paid back upon return. Also they do have laundry service but please do mind they have partnered with an external vendor and is available only over weekdays and not on weekends, so unfortunately we couldnât use this service. Their staff is available 24/7 at reception so always at our service as required. Overall stay at B&B has been quite pleasant and worth paying price!
JJake.ColeiroNice apartments in convenient location. Very spacious and amenities were great for a short stay, including a kitchenette.
The check in procedure was very complicated. And the instructions provided on the e booking confirmation did not state you need to do a pre-arrival check in. When arriving at the property were not able to check in because this had not been completed. No one answers the properties switch board telephone number after 5:00 pm and the line will automatically cut you off after a couple of minutes on hold.
Also, was able to store luggage at one of their other properties when checking out. When arrived to do so, the receptionist said they cannot store our luggage. I told her that we have an email confirming that we can. Then she replied â if you can, why are you asking?â. Very rude and unfriendly service.
Great accommodation, but would not return due to the service.
AAnonymous UserRidiculous staff refused to return stored luggage
I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room, facilities, and the staff who checked us in on the first day and greeted us at breakfast were nice. When I checked out on Friday, Sep 13, a staff member even offered to store our luggage before we asked. Everything was satisfactory up until this point.
Later that afternoon, we returned to the hotel and asked a middle-aged male staff member at the front desk to retrieve our luggage. He said we could not get our luggage until 4 pm, pointing to my storage receipt, which had a number 4 on it. I have never heard of such a ridiculous rule or any reason why a hotel would refuse to return stored belongings to their owners at any time of day. It just didnât make any sense.
We repeated our simple request, and my friend added that it was an emergencyâwe already had a taxi waiting outside (parking was difficult, and it was raining heavily), and we didnât have much time to get to the train station to catch our FlixBus at 3 pm. Still, the male staff member refused again, with a stern expression, repeating the same nonsensical reason.
Running out of time and patience, my friend yelled, âAre you kidding me?â At that point, the staff member finally admitted he was joking and took us to the storage room to retrieve our luggage. We were in such a hurry that I didnât have the time or presence of mind to confront him further.
If the hotel values feedback, I hope this male staff member is made aware that this âjokeâ was not appreciated and that his behavior was highly disrespectful of our time.
Our sense of urgency was clearâif he knowingly decided to âteaseâ us in that moment, it shows a completely unacceptable level of disrespect.
I donât intend to discourage people from booking this hotel, and itâs unfortunate, as all the other staff we encountered and everything else about the hotel were otherwise excellent. This one staff member, however, turned what could have been a perfect experience into an unpleasant one.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location. The front desk service is friendly. The room has a nice view. It is clean and sanitary. The minibar is also good. However, if you say it is a five-star hotel, it feels a little bit inferior to other five-star hotels. But it is still good. It is worth recommending.
CCheah-QQXYZItâs a decent hotel, though its location is a bit unusual and can feel quite deserted at night. However, the nearby Strizkov metro station provides convenient access to Pragueâs main attractions.
The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. There is also a bar and restaurant in the lobby, which is handy if youâre unsure where to eat nearby. Breakfast was adequateânothing extraordinary, just a typical Western spread with eggs, bread, juices, and so on. Overall, for the hotelâs price, I would recommend.
HHUINot far from Prague Square, there is a market downstairs, there are many stalls, you can buy some small gifts such as fruits, crafts, etc. Some shops can use euros Krona, it does not matter if you do nât change, you can use a credit card to order tickets and shop very convenient. The hotel is renovated in an apartment building. There is no very conspicuous lobby. You have to ring the bell before you open the door. The elevator is very small after you go in. There are no obvious signs where to check in. The front desk is very welcoming. The translation software communicates with us, but asks if there are any delicious shops near her and will check and draw maps for us. The rooms are large and the facilities are a bit old. The bathroom was overwhelmed by me and I installed it again. ...
Ddaniel-maThe room is slightly smaller, but the breakfast is very rich and there are quiche for the Chinese. Sports facilities, bar is very full, driving to the city of Prague as long as a quarter of an hour. Very good vacation choice
GGuest UserOur stay here was mixed at best. We loved the location and felt the beds were comfy but the other guests at the hostel were a bit inconsiderate when we stayed and there is an opportunity to improve service and amenities.
We checked in late at the bar but the bartender was more keen on selling beer and we stood in line at the bar counter for about 10 minutes before he acknowledged us and while locals cut in the line in front of us. It took another 10 minutes for him to hand us the paperwork to check in. I was kind of disappointed because I filled in a pre check in before coming to Prague and the check in paperwork was asking for the details I had filled out online from their online check in sent over email. The bar is not a reception and it clearly says that in the communication sent but it would be nice to have the towels in our room so we could at least shower after a late check in.
We booked a private room with two twin beds and it was nice enough. It was one of the cheapest options in the city we could do when staying in Prague for New Year's Eve. The room had a couple of chairs and a couple of tables/desks. The wifi was decent and there were a number of plugins throughout the room which was nice. The beds and pillows were comfy and heat is provided through a radiator. There was one quilt for each bed which was enough for me but my wife was very cold and it is chilly in December. There are extra blankets at reception but that was closed so my wife wore her warm clothes to bed and used my sweater as a blanket. I would suggest in the winter months or for guests with late check in that they provide blankets and towels in the room for guests.
The toilets and bathrooms are shared. There were two toilets in our area labelled as room 1 and room 2 and it is unclear if the hostel had the intention that room 1 toilet be used by room 1 guests but both were left open and were mostly available during our stay. There was one shower on our floor and and it had a large towel warmer and some body wash/shampoo dispenser. We would recommend bringing your own bath products and some flip flops while staying here.
The boys renting the other room came in around 2:30 am and were not respectful of the quiet hours set between 23:00-6:00. The walls and doors here are pretty thin within the flat and the noise comes through easily. They used both toilets, peed on the seats and left them unflushed on more than one occasion during our stay. I had to go out to use the toilet our first night and that's when they said âI don't think we are aloneâ and went into their room to keep talking. They came back drunk and loud each night during our stay but not as loud as the first night at least. They also may not have realized (or didn't care) that the shower room was shared and left their towels, toiletries and even their underwear on the towel rack during our stay. This group really took away our enjoyment of this property during our stay but otherwise it is a decent hostel in a good location. At least this group kept the kitchen clean and washed their own dishes.
There was a common area in our flat which had a kitchen and an exercise machine. The kitchen had a table with seating for four and enough cutlery and dishes to go around. It had a cooking stove/hob, fridge and kettle. They provide dish soap and cleaning cloths/sponges too.
Reception is open between 8 am and 10 am so we got the extra blankets my wife needed and towels for showering. The staff at reception were helpful and efficient during our stay. The daily cleaning was nice and the cleaning lady was very thorough with the flooring in the common area which was appreciated. You can also borrow hair dryers from here if needed to. They do collect a deposit for items borrowed like the keys but they didn't collect a deposit for the towels or blankets despite signage saying that they do.
The location of the hostel was fantastic. It was a short walk to major attractions in Prague like Charles Bridge an
