Guest UserAll of the staff were amazing attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. A special shout-out to Mary and Michael, who both went above and beyond for us. Mary, thank you for recommending Holesovicka Sedma for food it was so good we went back 3–4 times for dinner! And Michael, thank you for suggesting we use the back way into the castle. My mobility was really poor that day, and that advice helped me so much.
The rooms were clean, and the overall vibe of the hotel was young, vibrant, and very chilled.
Just a quick note for future guests: you need to request a kettle, and there is a refundable deposit for it.
I only have one complaint, and I’m not sure if the person involved was security or the bar manager. On one of our last nights, there was an event happening in the bar, and we weren’t told in advance that hotel guests wouldn’t be allowed in for a drink. This was disappointing, as we’d had such a great stay and simply wanted one final drink at the bar. Unfortunately, the way this individual spoke to us was rude and dismissive. I apologised, but his attitude made me feel uncomfortable.
We will be back 😄

Tammy ChoyThe hotel was close to the venue I was attending for business, which initially made me worry it was too far from the city, but it was perfectly placed. The Castle was only a 20 minute
walk away up the hill, and the city centre only an hour or so. - and a lovely place to walk through to get there. The hotel itself was fascinating, a renovated older building at the end of a leafy street, surrounded by villas and embassies. The facilities are minimal (no gym, no pool), but they had a good laundry service. Food was only breakfast, and while simple was really enjoyable. Loads of good restaurants nearby - I wasn't expecting Prague to have so many good places to eat - and there was always Bolt for food deliveries. Will definitely stay here again!

Location is superb, 30m aways frm charlesbridge. The cons are, need to climb up stairs as there is no elevator hence wish that u wont get the top floor (4th floor) the toilet is huge but they have no shower screen, causes the floor wet easily and messy. The carpet at the sofa require to replace as it looks dirty
The bed was good. And the recption guy named Horek is superb and very helpful.

Anonymous UserWe unfortunately went to prague during the heat wave. Fortunately chill apartments have very ample air con (daikin AC) which was a real life saver!! Also had 3 very large beds (1 is a sofa bed) for the 3 of us. This apartment was a bargain with the available amenities, beds, air con, space, would stay here again. Too bad there is no in-suite washing machine.

The hotel looks old. The room is small and I have a rather big suitcase which made things harder. There are no hooks or whatever in the bathroom for you to hang your towels. There’s a smell in the hotel lobby and the room and I don’t know if it’s a bad smell or a really bad perfume. The heater can be stronger and the water can be hotter too, IMO. Provided: fridge, TV, WiFi, hangers, safe, microwave, kettle. As a female traveller, I’m also surprised that this hotel provided cotton pads (those for removing makeup) in the bathroom, I think it’s the first hotel I’ve seen that does this. I stored my luggage when I checked out, it’s just a room that’s not locked, but there is a safe and a sign that says for valuables like laptop and camera you can contact the staff. Breakfast buffet was alright, not too many options. Close to a tram station so you can easily go anywhere. Considering its price and the fact that breakfast is included, this is a good budget hotel, and I wouldn’t complain too much.

モップThis hostel is located right next to Charles Bridge. I stayed in a dormitory. The room was comfortable, and the kitchen with a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator, and the bathroom were clean!
The only disappointing thing was that when I was relaxing in the bed I was shown, a person who had just returned from sightseeing got angry and said, ”That's my bed! Why are you sleeping there!?” I explained that the staff had just shown me to my bed, but they didn't seem to understand and we had a bit of a fight. I didn't want to sleep in someone else's bed either, but they got angry at me...I understand that it's a dormitory, so there are all kinds of things...But I explained the situation to the staff and they understood. I used up a lot of energy...
If it weren't for that, I think I would have a comfortable stay.

The Relax Inn Hotel is a hidden gem for Prague travelers who aren't looking for 5-star luxury. It's located in Prague 8, not far from the O2 Arena and the Praha-Libeň train station. A public transport bus stop is 50 meters away at Novovysočanska (lines 136 and 109) or 100 meters away at Skloněna (line 136). Arriving by train is highly recommended. Libeň station is about a 7-minute train ride from Prague Main Station, and trains run several times an hour. Express and fast trains can also be used with a public transport ticket, except for EC and Pendolino (SC) trains. The hotel itself is rather unassuming from the outside. It has a swimming pool and sauna downstairs, which can be used for an extra charge of 300-400 CZK per hour. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A few on-site parking spaces are available for 250 CZK per day. The breakfast is continental but tasty and plentiful. The upper floors and the wellness area can be reached via a lift.
