"The tent rooms are unique, with a first-line sea view, and colorful reefs at sunrise and sunset. 👍👍There are Prince Island, Willow Leaf Creek for kayaking, Millennium Tree King, and Yunrang Goddess Scenic Area around. The house price is more economical than the city, super value. 👋There is Chinese service, it is worth recommending to check in for a leisure vacation. 🦶🦶"

"Location: Perfect and peaceful island setting in Cambodia.
Service: Needs more attention from top management. Due to staff shortages during peak holiday season, service was inconsistent, affecting the overall guest experience.
Boat Schedule Issue: There was a mismatch in boat schedule information between the reservations team and the front desk. This created difficulties for guests without private transportation, especially since the island is remote and ride-hailing apps (Grab/PassApp) are not readily available. The hotel’s private taxi service charges **$50 one-way**, which feels excessive—management should reconsider pricing.
Food Options: Limited menu choices in the restaurant, and the menu was only in English with no pictures. As a local Cambodian, I sometimes struggled to identify dishes.
Room & Amenities: Fantastic—clean, comfortable, and hygienic.
Breakfast: Absolutely delicious!
SPA: Highly recommended! Relaxing and affordable, especially with the hotel’s 30% exclusive discount. One of the best parts of my stay.
Buggy Service: A major letdown. Upon checkout, the front desk failed to inform us that no buggy was available. We waited **almost an hour** with no updates, even after calling twice. Eventually, we had to walk to reception.
Overall: This hotel has great potential but needs better communication, staffing adjustments, and improved guest convenience (transportation, food options, and service reliability)."

"The island is particularly beautiful, with few people, good air, lots of wild animals, and more service staff than tourists. The breakfast was great, almost no one had lunch, and the dinner was a little expensive, about 200 or so per person. This place is definitely the ideal choice for a relaxing holiday!"

Downsize is that it’s quite far from city central so you can’t even book Grab to go into the city from the location. Also some services closed too soon, like massage/spa closed at 7pm which is too early."

MMINGThe overall is very good. As one island and one hotel, it should be said that it is very cost-effective. The interior greenery of the hotel is very good, the tropical rain forest, the room facilities are also very modern, very comprehensive, adopting the best of everyone, considerate, automatic flushing toilet, automatic curtain . The island is very beautiful. You can see the sunrise and sunset. You can watch the sunrise near the swimming pool and watch the sunset at the dock. The most beautiful thing is the hotel trail. Along the west, along the reef, walking every day is so beautiful! Very thoughtful! The best part is when the weather is good, the sea on the beach is very clean, you can snorkel and there are a lot of small fish! It's wonderful, although the sea and beaches are not as good as Madai, it is not lost in the overall play! There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is exquisite and delicious. It is not good. There are lush plants, a lot of animals, and too many mosquitoes. In addition, the new hotel room still has a little taste, and the hotel BBQ is too bad and expensive. But ordering meals is good. Transportation on the island is charged separately, which is very expensive. For details, you can see the travel notes of the horse's nest.

JJonathanvaFelt like a place for the cool kids. No real atmosphere at the time i was staying there. I went to the other accom on the island (like plenty others) to chill and socialize there. Staff mixed up orders and other things at times, which you end up paying for.
Dorm and location were great! Staff was friendly and did their best.
