Room stunk like puke and was masked with deodorizer, but they switched rooms immediately without a problem. Great pool and breakfast

Everything was good and clean, staff was friendly the only complaint was the sink was very slow to drain and leaked under the sink.

I loved the cleanliness of this hotel and also the continental breakfast. The water park is tons of fun as well. Beds are comfy and the bathtubs are deep.

The pool and waters lines were fun. The A/C and heating unit in our suite was very loud. Maintenance was called to fix it and told us it was fixed but it wasn’t and still very loud. This went on for three of the four days that we stay there. The front desk only offered to change our room on our last day there. We declined because we would have had to pack up and unpack twice on our last day. The front desk clerk told us that she would speak with the manager about compensation , but she did not. We are hoping that they read this review and reach out to us!! Garth lord Oct. 28 to Nov. 01.

I liked the fact is was close to a lot of different restaurants and easy access. Loved the pool and hot tub area. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
I didn't like that there was no grab bars in the shower. I was under the impression that this was a life safety issue and should have been installed. Also, control of the A/C was non existent - had to unplug to get the machine to stop blowing cold air in November.

Easy bc he min, decent gym, room was ok, a bit dated, shower had lots of pressure, and the bed and pillows were not comfortable. The bed had a big dip in it from usage, and the pillows were all super thick. The fan also made a rattling noise when it came on which woke me up more than once

The only downside was an unrequested visit from housekeeping earlyish on a Sunday morning. Otherwise the hotel is great and I will be staying there again.

Our last visit we had a dog barking in one of the nextdoor rooms that kept us up all night. We decided to give it one more try as this was one of the safer hotels to stay at in PG. This time our bathroom door was missing hardware to keep it closed. We had zero privacy to use the bathroom during our stay. In addition. It was awkward.
