BBrendanWe have stayed 3 nights in the Villa moresca and this is probably one of our best experiences.
The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, and it is very comfortable and comfortable.
Exceptional breakfast: bread and cakes home, discovered every day of new specialities.
A great thankfulness to the host for his reception, availability, professionalism and precious advice.
We will return to it without hesitation on our next trip to Florence

GGuest UserI have chosen this hotel several times because it is in a excellent position in the centre, new and clean, but the last time I didn't like the room, with a small window located upside with a wall so dark and the bathroom without bide. I hope they will give me a better room next time or I will have to go somewhere else.

GGuest UserReally nice hotel with an authentic and warm atmosphere. It was clean here and we got a nice deluxe room with good beds and good air conditioning. The staff are professional and very service minded - but above all incredibly nice and friendly. We especially send our warmest greetings to Marta. We had the best holliday here and will definitely come back. Manu greetings from Eva and Sofie from Denmark.

I had an amazing and truly relaxing stay at Grotta Giusti. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy being surrounded by nature. The peaceful setting, away from the hustle and bustle, made it feel like a true escape. I left feeling refreshed and would definitely visit again. Highly recommend for anyone craving tranquility and a touch of luxury in the middle of nowhere!

GGuest UserSuper location and nice rooms. Unfortunately a lot of coach parties arrived during and stay so it was super busy. I actually caught covid from one of the party who coughed all over me :((
Also when I asked for a towel for poolside I was rudely spoken to. Breakfast nothing special and breakfast room too busy

CChristutiGreatly and centrally located near lots of places to eat, have a drink and visit. Parking outside wasn’t too complicated, just find a spot and pay. When we got there we only found one employee who couldn’t speak English and was a bit difficult to check in but regardless he was very nice, helpful and serviceable. He also helped us with figuring out how the parking worked. Room and bathroom were nice and spacious though the mini fridge didn’t really seemed to work. Other than that I pile stay again if I were in the area.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a good location. Internet is terrible. The staff are friendly. The bad thing is they allow pets in all rooms. I have severe allergies and when I found out they let pets in all rooms I had no time to cancel. I was itchy in the night. As animals in the bed could have fleas and fur or dander which is an allergy. I do not understand letting dogs and cats sleep in the bed and on pillows. Animals are not bathed like people. they drool and who knows may urinate in the room.

HHave to travelThe location is good. And you can walk from Montecatini Termes Station for just around 8 minutes. But it’s cold in October, and it seems like that the heater was not open yet. But it was not cold in the evening. It doesn’t have free tea and coffee. The button of kettle is very hot when boiling water. And my finger got burnt when trying to turn it off(it can’t turn off automatically). The room is very small but the restroom is big. It’s not suitable to open window because backyard is a parking lot and you can smell gas. But the front desk people are helpful. Though they are not very outgoing, they are willing to solve your problem. You can ask them to book taxi. And the breakfast is so so. Dishes were limited and there were only two hot dishes (sausage and eggs, or bacon and eggs). And it doesn’t have spa and swimming pool. All in all, it’s fine.
