我們是晚上8點辦理入住的，非常感謝前台小姐姐熱情的接待並迅速為我們辦理了入住手續、酒店的室外温泉小童遊樂場讓孩子玩嗨了，真後悔沒能早點辦理入住！大人也可以享受一下室外不同的温泉泡池，消除旅途的勞累！ 晚上休息後非常安靜舒適、早餐非常豐富關鍵還很精緻！餐廳服務非常體貼周到！ 酒店周圍環境非常好、停車方便、離市區很近，地勢平緩很適合帶長者一同入住！ 再次感謝酒店全體員工熱情周到的服務，我們還會再次入住多玩幾天，並推薦朋友也過來體驗一下！

When I started planning our itinerary for our 15 day Yunnan holiday, I plotted out our path to go all the way up to Shangri-la, back down to Kunming and then to Jiaozi Snow Mountain and Dongchuan Red Land. Then I chanced upon a video of Aini Garden and fell in love! The only reason we came to Pu'er was to get to Aini. This was the first place I booked, and I really took a chance because it has a no cancellation policy and I really had to stick to the date once it was made. The initial pre-arrival experience was less than pleasant. I didn't know how we were going to get to the manor and my WeChat messages went unanswered. The hotel we stayed at in Pu'er finally got in touch with someone and got them to message me. I asked how we could get there and the answer was a curt ”take a taxi or charter a car”. No pleasantries of ”we look forward to seeing you” or offering to arrange a car. When we arrived, no one was at reception and no one came out. Our driver was so perplexed he wondered if we were in the right place and if the place was open. Finally a young girl came out and registered us in. There was an air of aloofness from everyone else. However, once we were checked in, things warmed up quickly. We were offered coffee and freshly cut papaya and had a nice introduction chat with the lady staff. The bedroom and bathroom is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We would have enjoyed sitting on the balcony if the chairs were more comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling glass windows but the panel above the door should also be glass (it is just netting) so traffic sounds from the road actually comes through at night. I actually wanted to book the cottage in the hills but opted for the standard room in the main house because I was worried it would be cold. Big regret as it is actually magnificently located with stunning views. However take note that you will need to call for a buggy ride or make a 1km hike every time you want to eat or get to the main house. If you are self driving, no issues as you can park right next to the cottage. Anyway it's a small price to pay for an unlimited view of the milky way and seclusion. This is as close to a Ryokan experience as you can get in China, minus the hot springs. 3 days 2 nights of blissful, carefree living is not quite enough. They make sure they feed you well, with the freshest produce available for hotpot dinner and home-cooked Yunnanese dishes for lunch. There are so many activities organised, from taking you up the mountain for a glimpse of sunrise (with mountain goats for company ❤️) to coffee plantation education tour to horseback riding along the mountain ridges (the view is spectacular!) to scavenging for wild vegetables and fruits to drinking, dancing and singing around the campfire! So much to do, so little time! One area of improvement I personally would like to see is the coffee serving. They tend to be quite snobbish about how their coffee is taken. Neat, with nothing else. Asking for sugar or milk feels nearly scorned upon. Coffee is a versatile drink and can be savoured in a huge variety of ways. How else is Starbucks so successful? I felt kind of stifled and deprived because I love a good latte and had looked forward to enjoying an unlimited indulgence of coffee throughout our stay. Anyhow, I love the ecotourism efforts here. It feels natural and unpretentious. I love the people and the camaraderie they cultivate. I especially enjoyed talking to their consultant 敬梅, a beautiful lady with extensive knowledge in Yunnan culture and ecological progress. Also thank you to 徐芳 for arranging transport back to town and giving helpful recommendations. We hope to return again.

The B&B is located in a community in Pu'er. The location is pretty easy to find. When I came in, I found that it was unique. It was designed in Japanese style and every small detail was taken care of. You need slippers to enter the hotel. The tatami is very clean. The owner built a landscape on the third floor and also left a tea room. , the bedding is very clean and comfortable, and the owner's details can be seen in many small corners, which is worth experiencing.

For people who have lived in the city for a long time, coming here is like coming to a paradise❤ The hotel rooms will not disturb each other, and they are very independent. The room is decorated in bamboo forest style, fresh and comfortable. The outdoor environment is particularly good, with many trees, flowers and plants. It seems that you can pick them during the harvest season (for a fee). Unfortunately, we came in February and missed it. We can only come next time. There is a lovely children's playground where children will not get bored playing all day. The snack bar next to it tastes good, especially the jelly, which is well seasoned. The breakfast is OK, and the rice noodles are good. Finally, let's focus on the service. One of the most important things about this kind of garden-style hotel is the service. Lanmeishan is great, especially there is a good-looking little brother who drives the shuttle bus to pick us up. The service is warm and thoughtful, and he is not tired of various requests❤❤❤

The room is very large and clean, the bedding is clean and it is very comfortable to sleep in. It is the owner's own villa that was renovated. The owner is very handsome and the wife is very beautiful. The villa has a large yard where you can dry clothes. The parent-child tour means washing clothes every day, and the aunt is very conscious about cleaning. The house is very close to the Tea Horse Ancient City next door, separated by a door. There is a small door to go directly to. It is worth mentioning that the vinegar provided in the breakfast shop of the B&B was really surprising and delicious. I drank 3 bowls of it.

The stay experience was great! From the warm smile at the front desk at the check-in, to the front desk staff to take the initiative to help carry the luggage, the service details are full. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the surrounding transportation was convenient, the location was good, the service was excellent, and the facilities were new! The staff is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and warm, the breakfast is rich, the price is super high, it is definitely recommended!

The hotel is very big and beautiful, full of ethnic customs, the air in the mountains is very fresh, the hardware facilities are very good, and it is suitable for a family vacation. The hotel's hot springs are really good and very comfortable to soak in. It takes three hours to drive from Pu'er, which is a little far. The only shortcoming is the hotel's service. Such a good resort deserves better service support. For example, you can introduce the layout of the hotel when checking in, otherwise it is a bit easy to get lost in such a large area. The hot spring area can be equipped with a place to sell drinks or provide drinking water. I couldn't find a sip of water in the hot spring area. There are also some small details. In fact, strengthening the training of service staff can bring a better experience to customers.

The service staff is enthusiastic, the room facilities are complete, the overall environment is clean and sanitary, the shower water volume is large, the service is good, the environment is good, there are squares and parks nearby, it is convenient to eat barbecue, and it is close to the train station, only a dozen minutes' drive away!

In the past few days of staying at the 24th hour of Jingmai Mountain, the tea sea cloud has completely subverted the imagination of the homestay. When the curtains are opened, the continuous tea field and the sea of clouds are awakened in the morning by the mist and birdsong in the mountains. In the evening, I sit on the terrace and enjoy tea while watching the sunset of the ancient village. It seems to live in a fairyland. The design of the homestay is full of ingenuity, perfectly integrating nature and humanities, the log-style room is warm and clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The boss and clerk are warm and simple, not only preparing an authentic Pu'er tea experience, but also recommending the surrounding niche routes. Really recommend!
