Hotels in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

When we back to Hotel at night, no make up of room at all, then called the housekeeping, they didn’t say sorry and blamed us not to put the “do not disturb “ tag outside the door. We had to go downstairs to have a coffee in Starbucks and wait for the room make up, very bad service. To avoid the same case happen on the other day, we went direct to the front desk and request for room make up. Despite of this, room is nice and bed is comfortable. Security guard was good and helpful, he guided us to the convenience store.

I give our room a 6/10. The head for the bidet spray is missing, this part of the table is peeling away, the shower head has water coming out from above it and the door's chain is gone too. Other than that, the room is good. It's not too small.

The staffs were very friendly, the location I picked this hotel was very near to the National Stadium Bukit Jalil for my Bruno Mars concert, although its 20mins plus by walking distance but I still prefer to get Grab car much easier and faster to get there Overall the hotel was comfortable to stay in for 3days 2nights for concert, room was okay the only thing is the TV is there but it's not working 🤣, water dispenser need to go to the receptionist counter to fill in and there is no chair for the dressing table 🤣 But yeah overall the service, friendly of staffs very satisfied, just that hope they will do some fixing about the TV, water dispenser and please have the stainless steel body judge kettle in each room, love to visit the hotel again for my next trip 🥰🥰🥰😘🤭🤭🤭🤭

I have stayed in Airbnb around Bukit jalil for several times. I would say Stylish Lily does really care about the needs and comfort of its guest. I will prioritise the stay here if it is available.
