To be honest, Puerto Montt is not a great place to stay - it's a port city with not a lot going for it, other than it's close to the lakes district, and there's a ferry service that continues the road south to Patagonia. The hotel is similarly lack luster. The best bet is to move on to the lakes when you arrive at the airport, if that's where you're headed, and avoid Puerto Montt altogether. But if you're getting the ferry and need to stop overnight then the hotel is fine.

The room was good as was the bathroom. But the heated pool wasn't functioning and it took the better part of an hour to get the sauna working.
Breakfast was good.
A bit more service and tea/coffee facilities in the room would lift the experience.

Great but the water pressure
Very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. My window did not close. The pressure of the water in the baths is incredibly high. So high that taking a bath can be a painful experience. Please, consider to regulate the pressure of the two water.

My shower was cold & the toilet ran for over 5 minutes after every flush. The room was nice & clean. The lights in the car park were broken & water was around my car despite sunny days.

Una noche en el hotel. Personal de recepción y restaurante atento, rápido y muy amable. Tuve un problema con la limpieza de la habitación y supieron resolverlo rápidamente. La nueva habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. Disfrute de un ambiente tranquilo y buena cena en el restaurante del hotel. Al día siguiente el desayuno estuvo bien. Probablemente volveré.
