Secrets Tides Punta Cana is wonderful. Our butler was Joel whom was there every time we needed him. There were shows every night and the food fantastic. A beautiful beach. I would definitely go back and I would highly recommend Secrets Tides and Joel.

Overall experience: excellent. The resort is brand new and very well set up. Plenty of pool chairs, cabanas and all you may need for a pool/beach day. Beach is wide and long and very little or no sea**** for seven days we spent. Food overall was above average for a resort with some excellent restaurants: Tierra end Oceana. We had a butler (Jonathan Melo) and he went above and beyond for what extras we needed and asked for. I would highly recommend Jonathan. We will go back in a heartbeat.

Just returned from the beautiful Secrets Tides in Punta Cana. Our swim up room was so inviting and the perfect temperature. The beach was a golden white powdery sand and the property immaculate. The best part of our experience was the staff . Rebeca in Preferred Club lounge and especially Anthony our Butler . Anthony anticipated our needs and was quick to reply and take care of any requests.

This new property is a great one! Fantastic Beach, Restaurants and the Preferred club. The best part of course was the entire staff, special shout outs to Jordi at the preferred club pool and Jonathan Melo our wonderful butler/concierge! We will definitely be back

If you are looking for a fun, laid-back, relaxing vacation, this is a resort for you. There is no loud blasting music or parties. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The resort itself is beautiful. The pools and the beach are beautiful. The restaurants are all very good including the buffet. The desserts are fabulous. No reservations are required except for the Japanese cooking show tables.

Secret Tides Resort & Spa was an excellent stay from arrival to departure. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary 12th year and my his retirement. The resort is brand new and ADULT ONLY. We had an AWESOME vacation ALL the staff served us well, they were very professional, well dressed and helpful. We will return for sure.

hotel was beautiful,staff was nice but will not be returning here. pool shouldn’t close at 6 especially where there isn’t anything else to do on the property. food was prepared beautifully wherever we went but quality wasn’t good.. wish we got to experience better food.. should of just gotten preferred if we knew we would be able to try lunch at the other restaurants… i had to eat lunch from the beach where they cooked burgers and fries
