Beautiful place to stay, but the service in front desk is not friendly, the guys who work there don’t have a good service attitude, I got a really bad time trying to get check out lat because my flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay, definitely I think this hotel has many good things except the front desk staff

I don't want to be too negative, because in the end, my family had a wonderful Spring vacation in Punta Cana. Our room was spacious and the buffet restaurant was good with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The resort was also very accommodating to kids. However, there is construction on one side of the resort which is separated by a bamboo fence and there is sewer water running under the bamboo, causing the entire side of the resort to smell like sewer water. It was really bad. The front desk appeared to be understaffed and phone calls to them were often unanswered. During our stay the internet went out for approximately 24 hrs and the staff couldn't provide any updates or estimated time the situation would resolve. We ate 2 nights at the a-la-carte restaurants, but the service was too slow, especially with little kids, and orders ended up wrong or missing altogether. After the second disappointing night we agreed to go to the buffet each night for dinner. Fortunately, there was enough variety to keep things enjoyable there. The general consensus, in talking to other guest, was that everyone felt it was a very "affordable" resort. Given the price, I'm not overly disappointed with the experience, but we won't be returning.

The resort is very clean and maintained very well. Sometimes its hard to find beach chairs so the earlier you head out the better. Highly recommended

The food was decent at best but the drinks were delicious and all the staff were very friendly. Lots of activity options but they repeat on a weekly basis so depending on the length of your trip you may get bored. Wifi ******.

We started our trip off at another location that was cheaper but ended up changing to this all inclusive instead. For the amenities, comfort, and safety it was definitely worth the price difference. Only recommendation i would have is asking up front where everything is or them to have a map bc the property is large. The beach access was very nice and they have security there to prevent the vendors from hsrrasing you. The bars and buffet had great service.

the bed and pillows are horrible. the cleaning staff was constantly coming into our rooms throughout the day, despite having the do not disturb sign on the door the entire time, and then was not shutting our door completely when they left, therefore leaving our stuff out for open grabs to anybody. there is NOT enough chairs around the pools, i mean i literally think everyone grabs towels and throws it on a chair by 7:30 sharp every morning. they were constantly blowing leafs every single morning from 8-11am. the drinks are super watered down, the food was not the best. the only restaurant we liked was the hibachi.

I'll start with the pros.
The food options, despite reviews, were actually not bad. The resort felt very safe. Loved the direct access to the beach, and I did not feel like the resort was over crowded. That was pretty much the only pros I had.
Now the cons. I understand this is a newer resort, and they may be figuring a few things out, but the service was downright terrible. The broke my suitcase on arrival. Before I arrived, I asked for recommendations on transportation since they do not provide. They straight up told me they cannot help and to get an uber. I inquired about the preferred club, since there was no option to book a room with it and was told it was 80 USD per day. Totally reasonable. The part that threw me off was the sunset bar that is offered with preferred club is really the only extra perk. The staff there was rude, and it was empty! no music, no nothing. The alcohol options are not great either. This is an all inclusive resort. The only thing in my room was a coke and two mini beers. Their menus, directories, and everything else are all PDFs on Canva, which was ridiculous. Room service took almost 2 hours. None of the ice machines worked and when we called for ice it never came. The staff is rude and suck the life out of the place. We seemed to be the only people tipping and that's the ONLY time we got friendly service. You can only make one restaurant reservation per day. And then they try to upsell their club, while giving bad service. I wont be back.

Cleanliness should be improved, especially torn bedsheets and worn-out towels. Food is great, there are many options. Most of staff cannot speak English well so a bit of limited communication.
