"The hotel is located in a mountain, very quiet, just like the castle in a fairy tale. The wooden house is very dreamy. The service is super good. It helps to arrange the routes around and call a taxi. The hotel has many children’s fun facilities: feeding small animals, playground, fireworks, free The children don’t want to return to the cotton candy. Very close to the ski slopes, you can arrange a car to pick up and drop off. The cost of skiing is also cheaper than domestically. In short, the wall crack is recommended!"
"The place is good, 7 minutes to ski and has a supermarket and eatery place nearby.
Honestly the room is nice, with cooking facilities but the owner was not friendly at all.
The toilet was stuck and leak they came with only the plunger and ask us settle ourself.
Is winter and we came with kids, the kids built a snowman and they destroyed the snowman after we went for ski trip.
We are a group of 10 and we wanted to cook our dinner. There is a small hut with table and chair and BBQ facilities, we ask to BBQ facilities (We are willing to pay, 10,000 won as stated) but she said is winter so we can’t use the BBQ pit, ended up we use the stove to cook up the meat.
The husband and wife came in to the huts and told us we can’t do BBQ but we explained to her we just cook the meat and we didn’t do any BBQ. We left the place with cleaner than we came in. I have to WhatsApp her and show her the place is cleaned.
The warn us that we must left the place by 1am but in fact all of us finished eh 9.30pm every day since we are tired from Ski.
During the last day, they came to us and I was thinking they come and say goodbye but they just make sure we throw every single piece of rubbish outside the house.
My husband wear shoe and just step to take our luggage and the owner insist us to take out the shoe before we went in to the house. Although we have explained, we just step in and take the luggage and go, he insisted us to take out the shoes.
I have been travelling all around the world and we do understand every cultural is different but as the operator of tourist industry, the owner has to be service minded. If you can’t accept any international travellers then please do not list your place in any platform or put up a notice that international tourist is not permitted to stay there and we won’t book accordingly.
Is such a shame to see this happened to us after our 5th trip to Korea and our 3rd trip to Pyeongchang for ski."
"It's the day when our children's eyes are the best.
You're making a mini-eye bear all over the panties.
I'm here.
Boss, look at me.
He swept his eyes early in the morning to drive safely.
Morning coffee ~ really delicious
I had a good rest in a clean and warm panties
It's a pretty fantasy because it's well maintained.

Great
GGuest UserGreat location and very comfortable! The hotel staff have created a warm and welcoming environment with lots of cozy zones inside. Beautiful walking track around the lake out back. The only minor gripe I had was that the breakfast was mediocre and it got boring having the same spread every day, down to the types of fruit and drinks served. Staying at the hotel also ensures you get 30% off the ski lift and gear rental which was an added plus!
GGuest UserDid not book the bus from Incheon airport to Alpensia Ski resort, end up no transport so have to spend $460 on international taxi. Location of hotel is at the centre so it is close to ocean 700 and ski700 . Hotel guest enjoy discount for snow sledding, skiing . Room was facing the ski slope so view is great .
GGuest UserIt was nice because it was clean and spacious!
As the name of the hotel suggests, it is clean,,
However, I stayed for consecutive nights, and on the second day, there seemed to be a slight smell in the bathroom, so I took off one star from the facility.
Other than that, there were many supermarkets and restaurants in front, and the owner was friendly, which was nice...!
If I have to come again next time, I will come here again.
GGuest UserWe stayed at the Ramada while on a family ski trip to Mona Yongpyong Ski Resort. The hotel was very convenient and was a nice place to stay during our trip. Only really had two complaints about the experience. (1) We booked a family room that said it would accommodate up to 4 people (we have 4 in our family). However, they only provide bedding for 3 people, so you have to pay a nightly fee for bedding for the 4th person (didn't realize this until we checked in). If the room can accommodate up to 4 people, then bedding should be provided up to 4 people, especially when the hotel knew we had 4 people from the time of booking. (2) The breakfast is super convenient as there isn't much open/available in the area in the morning time. However, it is very expensive, so be prepared! Even with the hotel guest discount (10%) we still paid over 90,000 KRW each day for breakfast!
CCMICKEYHotel room is clean and big enough. The staff is very polite and let us to use the room earlier. And is really close to the ski house. Overall is nice :)
NNaveedAdvantages
Conveniently situated
Generously sized accommodations
Impressive amenities
Perfect for family trips, this place offers all the amenities you need, just like an Airbnb. You'll find a cooker, pots and pans and cutlery readily available.
Conveniently located near a variety of dining options
Drawbacks
The staff had limited English proficiency, making communication quite challenging.
Upon our early arrival at around 11am, we found the reception area to be deserted. Along with other guests, we were left waiting at the counter, unsure of what to do. Finally, around 1pm, a receptionist appeared. However, rather than simply informing us that check-in was only possible after two, they made each guest wait in queue to deliver the same message. Upon returning to the reception at 2, we were informed that we had to wait an additional hour. This experience was quite unprofessional and made it challenging to enjoy other activities
MMommyPandaThis hotel was dedicated to kids ..it has a lots of playground indoor and outdoor for free.the view from room was spectacular amazing and this hotel area was huge..it has mini zoo, sled area, camping zone and lake ..the only hotel in town ..better than Ramada ..
GGuest UserIt was perfect for going to the ski resort, and there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so the location was good, and there was plenty of parking. However, there was only one hanger in the room, which was a little inconvenient. Still, I had a comfortable stay.
WWonderlustKlocation was good and we stayed at the renovated part of the resort so it was great. but the overall service quality isn't great. reception staffs are not friendly and they even look bothered and annoyed when you have questions.
JJONGYOUNGI stayed 10 nights because it was said to have fewer people and better resort facilities than other ski resorts. If possible, I recommend choosing a bed room instead of an ondol room. The ondol room's bedding set is really thin and the sleep is uncomfortable. The ski school classes are good, but the slope is too short and not fun. The laundry fee is too expensive, so it is better to take a taxi and use the coin laundry in the city (Hyeonggye-myeon).
