"The hotel is located in a mountain, very quiet, just like the castle in a fairy tale. The wooden house is very dreamy. The service is super good. It helps to arrange the routes around and call a taxi. The hotel has many children’s fun facilities: feeding small animals, playground, fireworks, free The children don’t want to return to the cotton candy. Very close to the ski slopes, you can arrange a car to pick up and drop off. The cost of skiing is also cheaper than domestically. In short, the wall crack is recommended!"
"The place is good, 7 minutes to ski and has a supermarket and eatery place nearby.
Honestly the room is nice, with cooking facilities but the owner was not friendly at all.
The toilet was stuck and leak they came with only the plunger and ask us settle ourself.
Is winter and we came with kids, the kids built a snowman and they destroyed the snowman after we went for ski trip.
We are a group of 10 and we wanted to cook our dinner. There is a small hut with table and chair and BBQ facilities, we ask to BBQ facilities (We are willing to pay, 10,000 won as stated) but she said is winter so we can’t use the BBQ pit, ended up we use the stove to cook up the meat.
The husband and wife came in to the huts and told us we can’t do BBQ but we explained to her we just cook the meat and we didn’t do any BBQ. We left the place with cleaner than we came in. I have to WhatsApp her and show her the place is cleaned.
The warn us that we must left the place by 1am but in fact all of us finished eh 9.30pm every day since we are tired from Ski.
During the last day, they came to us and I was thinking they come and say goodbye but they just make sure we throw every single piece of rubbish outside the house.
My husband wear shoe and just step to take our luggage and the owner insist us to take out the shoe before we went in to the house. Although we have explained, we just step in and take the luggage and go, he insisted us to take out the shoes.
I have been travelling all around the world and we do understand every cultural is different but as the operator of tourist industry, the owner has to be service minded. If you can’t accept any international travellers then please do not list your place in any platform or put up a notice that international tourist is not permitted to stay there and we won’t book accordingly.
Is such a shame to see this happened to us after our 5th trip to Korea and our 3rd trip to Pyeongchang for ski."

"It's the day when our children's eyes are the best.
You're making a mini-eye bear all over the panties.
I'm here.
Boss, look at me.
He swept his eyes early in the morning to drive safely.
Morning coffee ~ really delicious
I had a good rest in a clean and warm panties
It's a pretty fantasy because it's well maintained.

Great
LLILIANThere are many restaurants nearby, making it a great location. However, I would recommend not staying for more than two days. All the dining options are within walking distance, and there's even more than 2, a 7-Eleven close by for convenience. Overall, it's a pleasant place for a short stay! Enjoy the cold weather.
SShawn TannI used to stay at Mona park… because of their slopes… but was full booked out my this trip .. so I try out Alpensia .. good place for family as well as beginer skier.. as it’s not as crowded here..
현현묵I regularly visit Pyeongchang for a conference, and the price is always cheaper than the nearby Ramada or Alpensia, and I am very satisfied with the stay for a business trip. The location and facilities are minimal. Thank you.
AAdilahNurI recently stayed at Ramada Hotel and found it very convenient, especially with the free shuttle service provided. The shuttle runs from Jinbu Station to the hotel, as well as from the hotel to Yongpyong and Alpensia Ski Resorts. Just make sure to check the shuttle schedule in advance —it's available on their website or at the reception counter.
The breakfast selection was decent. What I loved most was the convenience of the in-house ski rental shop. We could pick up our ski equipment and suits early and have it ready in our room, making it super easy to head straight to the ski resort the next day.
One area for improvement would be promoting other attractions in Pyeongchang, such as ice sculpture shows (if available) or other unique activities, to make the experience even more memorable.
Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it for anyone visiting the area.
GGuest UserLot of facilities around the hotel such as convenience store, restaurant and kids’ play zone. But KTX are always full during peak season and we have to stand throughout the trip in railway
NNaveedAdvantages
Conveniently situated
Generously sized accommodations
Impressive amenities
Perfect for family trips, this place offers all the amenities you need, just like an Airbnb. You'll find a cooker, pots and pans and cutlery readily available.
Conveniently located near a variety of dining options
Drawbacks
The staff had limited English proficiency, making communication quite challenging.
Upon our early arrival at around 11am, we found the reception area to be deserted. Along with other guests, we were left waiting at the counter, unsure of what to do. Finally, around 1pm, a receptionist appeared. However, rather than simply informing us that check-in was only possible after two, they made each guest wait in queue to deliver the same message. Upon returning to the reception at 2, we were informed that we had to wait an additional hour. This experience was quite unprofessional and made it challenging to enjoy other activities
GGuest UserI made a reservation while taking the kids skiing~
First of all, the rooms, lobby, and Kika were all clean and nice~
The animal farm was also clean and nice~
The bedding and heating were good.
However, the immature front desk staff's response was disappointing.
GGuest UserIt was perfect for going to the ski resort, and there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so the location was good, and there was plenty of parking. However, there was only one hanger in the room, which was a little inconvenient. Still, I had a comfortable stay.
JJohnnyFuNo bath towels provided, it is more like a long-stay condo hotel than a full service hotel.
The room is clean and with minimialistic design. The public area needs some refreshing, looks like a hotel from the 90s.
Onsen is great, kids friendly, conveniently connected to ski-rental and lifts.
Overall 4 out of 5.
SScas14The hotel sits on a compound with 2 other hotels. Holiday Inn resort and Intercontinental. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen which is good for cooking simple meals. Surrounding area has restaurants, fast food, ice cream place and convenience stores. The ski resort is within walking distance. Will definitely come back here for another relaxing holiday.
