"I flew to Alam Airport from Cairo on a free trip. The flight was relatively punctual. There was no public transportation or taxis at the airport exit. A young man wrote a list and sent a private driver to different hotels at the square. I gave the driver 15 US dollars or 800 Egyptian pounds in cash at Coraya Hotel. The price of a private car was expensive, and it was only a dozen minutes away. The hotel upgraded me to a sea view room with sunrise, which was quite a surprise. This is a quiet and low-key hotel, without children, with a very design sense and many gardens of different shapes. The breakfast is rich in variety, and there is a welcome ceremony before dinner every day. Every waiter in the resort is polite and enthusiastic. There are many broken corals on the beach. You can walk into the shallow beach on the right to snorkel and see fish. You can snorkel or dive deep down on the remote pier on the left. The fish species are rich and large, and they are particularly beautiful. The weather is a little cold and windy in February, so it is better to come in other months. It turns out that this is an award-winning hotel, no wonder it has a high rating."
"Just back from Egypt and spent the last 5 days here, highly recommended!
We arrived on Jan 6 and by chance the dinner was promoted due to east European festival, had really extraordinary experiences. The food of course in the other days were good as well of course. :-)
The private beach is cool, excellent for the snorkeling. The water was not very cold and I was kind of weak therefore got wet suit, so everything is fine.
And do ask the lifeguard where the sea cow is!
Actually there could be many programs to have a day trip or so, in the hotel there are also plenty programs to join in like Yoga and beach volleyball. They have nearly live show also everyday. While I preferred to enjoy 3 meals, beach and go snorkelling since it is fantastic for me already. :P
Moreover, the team of Hilton Marsa Alam is great. Ashraf, Hussein, and team helped me a lot, and they are super nice and ready for help all the time. The room is super clean and I was promoted to a sea-view huge room and the bed is over 2 meters I think it is a Cleopatra bed :DDD
By the way you could take GoBus to arrive the hotel if you do not need much to take taxi or so.
Or like us, we came actually from Luxor and took a ride (private pickup truck, 2ppl 50 egyptian pound) near Marsa Alam to the hotel. I guess not many chose our way.
Again, highly recommended.
And thank you so much, I wish I could be there soon."

"The hotel is nice, the interior of the rooms and the territory are beautiful, although it is a bit far from civilization. There is nothing around the hotel, the city is far away. For example, we did not find a pharmacy, the city is 25-30 minutes away by car. Marsa Alam airport is 1-1.5 hours away by car. But the service is polite and attentive, and the staff at the reception, restaurant, beach, and cleaning are all very polite and attentive, they speak English. The food in the restaurant is tasty, although a bit monotonous, only at dinners they sometimes add something. The bars lacked fresh juices, especially fresh ones... and a variety of cocktails, we were served cocktails made from syrups with ice, as a rule. I would like the beach to be looked after a little more. There are corals in the sea with islands of sand. Everyone swims from the pier. There was not enough entertainment and conditions for children. In general, it is clean, beautiful, and calm. We had a good rest and would not mind resting again. Thank you to the hotel for a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city."

"This is a lovely little hotel thay offers a beautiful sea and 2 lovely pools..
It is small and compact, you can go for a lovely walk along the sea upto the mangrove and see amazing wildlife, there are a lot of eagles flying around which I enjoy..
The hotel itself is far out so quite a drive out but I wouldnt let that put me off..
I have visited this hotel twice now and would visit again but I would only stay maybe 4 nights...
The downfall of this hotel is the food, I find they have very limited choice and the food has no taste for me at all, this might not be the opinion of every guest but for both me and my husband we found it hard to enjoy any meals...having said thay we would always fill our tummy's with something but for me the food is a huge part of enjoying my vacation, so this is the reason I would only stay a few nights.."

Amazing
GGuest UserNice new hotel but the staff doesn't follow the food is good but not extraordinary the reception staff doesn't understand what you are asking for the bed in the room (junior suite) be careful of the sharp corner of the bed I hurt my leg!! In short the price is too high for what you get. The JAZ AMARA IS MUCH BETTER IN EVERY WAY!
AAnonymous Uservery nice and relaxing and has very friendly staff. drinks' quality was subpar though and not all food served at the buffet was up to standards. all in all, it was a pleasant stay.
Mmohamed montaserVery good hotel
Clean rooms
Check-in and check-out process was perfect
Pools and aqoa were amazing but there is no deep pool all the pool is 90cm hight which is not good for me.
The food variety is limited in some meals
The animation team is very good at night but not very active in the morning.
I would like to thank MR kerolous from the receiption team and MR Adel rhe head of food and beverages for their professionalism and their politly way.
Thank you and I will come back again
GGuest UserWe had already come in 2014, the stay had been very pleasant...which was not the case for our 9-day stay in September 2022!
The hotel is dilapidated as a whole, both the rooms and the exteriors.
The food is varied but very Italian focused (hotel occupied mainly by Italians). The quality is however to be reviewed since we were sick for 5 days.
The reception leaves something to be desired and the management team is to be reviewed in the management of problems and the lack of consideration of the clientele.
Indeed, the neighbors upstairs vomited on our terrace, the manager for the only resolution of the problem told us that they were leaving the same evening. These neighbors stayed for the duration of our stay...
