在景區環山路內，可以做擺渡車或買私家車上山票進入。山裡很安靜。離景區約1000米。樓下有一家超市（唯一的超市）食材不錯。吃喝拉撒一條龍。也可以找老闆代買門票，比網上和櫃枱稍微便宜點。很不錯。

老闆娘熱情，樓下有個小超市，在半山腰，風景不錯，老闆很耐心介紹路線，還提供登山小路，走路就可以去索道站和南門，並排共有七八家客棧，他們都是一個天柱村的。

老闆人特別好！跟人聊天都是笑呵呵的哈哈哈哈，晚上自己做的飯菜也非常好吃，尤其是小雜魚燒的湯，特別濃稠，放上豆皮之後，豆皮吸足了汁水，吃一口真的特別鮮美，鮮筍燒肉的筍子特別嫩，都沒有一口是老的，特別好吃，我朋友都幹了4碗米飯！強推！晚上睡覺前還給推薦了爬山路徑，早上送我們去了大龍窩索道，本來要走15分鐘的路徑，開車也就兩三分鐘了，之前在山下忘記買拄杖，然後老闆非常慷慨的送了兩根；樓下的川崖超市的價格也非常實惠，比起正常的超市價格，川崖超市也就是貴了1-2塊，畢竟物品運上山不容易。如果坐大龍窩纜車上山爬西關的話，非常推薦去東關爬一下！因為東關的路沒有西關那麼平緩，景色相比較西關的秀美，東關的景色更加險峻，起起伏伏，羣山疊嶂，非常適合體力無限的年輕人爬一下感受那種在山中“陽關三疊”的感覺。最後我們回去的時候，因為不是自駕遊，老闆非常好心的把我們送到了潛山汽車站，路上還給我們普及了很多的潛山知識！非常讚的一次度假旅遊！！

早餐另外收費，不過挺便宜的，老闆非常熱情，可以提供去景區的接送服務，超級贊👍🏻酒店設施完備，樓下就超市，很方便，可以帶小孩

環境很好，性價比高，民宿就在天柱山景區的道路邊，離索道站很近，周邊都是松林，竹林，這個季節山上開滿野杜鵑。老闆人也很好，做的菜也不錯。

家庭出遊，地理位置得天獨厚，坐在門口就可以看山賞月…離爬山南門和索道口都不遠，開車都衹要五分鐘左右，離索道口更近一點…老闆人非常好，會告訴我們遊玩攻略，車接車送索道口…可以跟老闆預訂早餐，15元一個人管飽…樓下的川巖超市是附近唯一的超市，買東西超級方便，還可以買煙花，價格合適…

這家民宿整體還算整潔，熱水24小時都有，而且水量很大，空調效果也可以，算是性價比很高的。享受談不上，基本功能都能滿足。旁邊的超市也是他們家開的，這點比較方便。老闆人很淳樸很熱情，但做菜水平一般，和其他地方相比沒有什麼特別的地方。價格還算正常，相對於山上的其他地方不算貴。轉進旁邊的小門就上山了，對於要走驢友路線的網友來説，這裏還是一個不錯的選擇。
