房間衞生不行，全是灰，自己打掃的。
新裝修的房子，電梯啥的一個味，周邊沒什麼店，就個拉麪館，商場在幾公裡外。
房間價格貴，1500一晚。不值。
不會再住。不推薦。
小區門口的樹上都是毛毛蟲。
房間內沒有啥物品（衹有一次性拖鞋和洗髮沐浴，別的沒有；衞生間反味。
床不乾淨。

女兒很喜歡這樣loft的民宿，就是衞生間淋浴和馬桶之間沒有玻璃隔斷，一定要自帶拖鞋進去洗澡，有點不方便。入住也有點麻煩，按照複雜的入住提示也能自助搞定，就是這地方太偏了，晚上黑燈瞎火的，便利店也都關門了。但是離方特近，就是最大的優點，往反方向走還有8號線地鐵站

衞生一般，毛巾放在電磁爐上，屋子裡孩子腳踩一會就黑了，然後我們一共4個大人，最起碼的板凳都沒有，加上孩子都麼地方坐，然後礦泉水衹有4小瓶，明明寫有6人入住，最起碼得準備6瓶吧，樓下側門房東説一推就開，結果看完煙花回去怎麼也打不開門，給房東打電話不接，附近沒有可以吃飯的地方，不建議入住，並且我提前預訂比當天訂房還貴

環境：民宿門特別偏僻，在放集體垃圾桶斜對面，是一個特別小的門，原因是大門不讓進，而且那一排樓黑燈瞎火，新開發的房子，住户的燈都沒幾盞，我們那層樓沒有一個住户，大晚上嚇死個人，需要注意的是，附近就一家吃飯的四川小門店，還難吃的很！
設施：滿屋子的裝修味道，不怕吸甲醛的可以考慮！
服務：我們因為行程趕，下午七點左右到店，天已經黑了，店主人家躺被窩，告訴我們自己找民宿的小門在哪裡，自己找馬路邊停車，那個時間那條馬路兩邊都停滿了，我們拖着行李箱大包小包的找位置，不怕麻煩的可以考慮！
而且費用四百多，真的一言難盡

房間户型跟照片嚴重不符，根本沒有沙發茶几，朋友一起跨年連坐的地方都沒有，裏面連瓶礦泉水也沒有[難過][難過][難過]

沒有異味。住宅小區裏，很安靜。叫車方便，3分鐘就來了。熱水器和空調都很好，唯一不足的是，衹有一個小沙發，剩下的人衹能坐樓梯😂老闆，配幾個凳子吧

酒店環境非常好，設施都很新，特別適合家庭入住，最主要離方特特別近。很好的入住體驗。還不小心打碎了一個手工五角星，老闆也沒要求賠償。真心感謝
