定的是迷你單人間。
優點：房間裝修非常新。設施也全。
缺點：是把一户住房隔成的很多小房間。空間非常狹小，不到10㎡。除了坐、躺床上，上廁所，沒有別的空間。也沒有朝外的窗户。
整個如意大廈上估計全是這種，為了賺錢不擇手段了。
這時候暑假，每次上樓一羣人擠電梯。
但是，150多塊，是青島站周圍能找到的最便宜的單人間了。

整體非常滿意的，幾乎靠近頂層輕而易舉看到海和棧橋，就是玻璃有點臟可能因為下雨，電梯也是非常擁擠的整座公寓應該都是日租房，沒什麼缺點，景觀不錯
