Great location
You need to call the staff for check in
The facilities are a bit old, generally clean.
Got renovation work noise in early morning even in weekend.
Pretty basic hotel, nothing fancy.

因為之前訂的民宿房子太舊，連夜選了新的。這家公寓樓就比較新，跟之前的相比真是太滿意了。房東姐姐超熱情，有求必應！房子也不小，一應設施都有，裝修也很乾凈明亮（東西攤得太亂了，拿了房東圖，和實物沒區別的）。地理位置挺好的，離五四廣場不遠，走出去有萬達、安泰、大融城三個廣場，去哪個景點打個的基本起步價。推薦哦！

老闆娘態度超級好！！服務態度超熱情的~
在小區裏面 離萬達商圈步行3分鐘 有很多的商業城而且規模都不小 吃飯逛街看電影🎦都不是問題
小區出門就有很多便利店🏪很方便👍🏻
酒店裡麪各方面都不錯 整體很滿意！⭐

青島北站出來已經快晚上8點了，第一晚就想在附近住下吃個晚飯。選擇了這裏。對面就是萬達，生活很方便。沒有門頭，是美豪麗致旁邊一個小區裏某一棟的某一樓。滴滴打車到目的地，摸不着方向，幸好小區門口有位女士（好像也在接人）問我們是不是住宿的，我們説住廷序。她就幫我打了電話聯繫人下來接我們。事先我們不知道要聯繫店家。攜程上也沒看到聯繫方式。房間很小，玄關很大。衞生間不乾濕分離：洗臉枱、馬桶、淋浴、洗衣機都在一間沒有分隔的廁所裏。

中規中矩吧，位置比較偏僻，在一個小區裏，找了半天才找到，沒有前台，需要打電話聯繫辦理入住，屋內設施略陳舊

房間乾淨整齊，房東人很好、服務態度好，還給免費升房，設施齊全，衞生乾淨整齊，環境很好，安保措施到位，住着很安全，周圍還有萬達廣場，購物方便。

房子很不錯，很乾凈整潔，雖然小了一點但是很舒適。唯一覺得不太妙就是浴室不是乾濕分離而且有點小，洗澡都轉不開身。老闆娘服務真的好好，交通挺方便，三號線敦化路站很近，旁邊有萬達，而且有很多好吃的，來的朋友們可以去吃吃看，最推薦眾品老方子鍋貼，大蝦的很贊！！

設施：地毯和沙發特別特別特別臟，噁心！
插座是插排外接的，電視牆上都是亂搭的各種線。
一次性洗漱用品是各種品牌酒店湊的，毛巾特別舊；
還有2021年產的洗手液，都擠不出來了；
門不安全，衹有一個密碼鎖，原本防盜門的鎖是壞的。
衞生：床單被罩啥的還湊活吧。房間裏多少有點異味，像是腳臭味。
環境：在一個小區裏，沒有環境可言。房間裝修風格怪異，燈是歌廳那種，換了白色燈，但是照出來會有陰影。
服務：沒有身份證直接入住，很不正規。
非常不滿意！整個房間感覺是某類會所改的，各種東西是東拼西湊的，雜牌的，還有按摩理髮店常見的沙發。雜牌的電線插排亂搭，存在安全隱患。
