張姐很熱情、勤勞，民宿乾淨整潔，床品舒服，周邊環境也很美。但是還是有以下不便不太滿意：
1.入住前要給300按金體驗不是很好，大部分商務酒店已經不收按金還能秒退房，收按金有點逆勢而行。
2.民宿沒有早餐；
3.民宿在一個小區裏面，很安靜，但是沒有路燈，晚上7.8回來已經全黑了，有點嚇人。

民宿挺有情調的，擺設擺件也很有特色，各種硬件設施都是品牌質量很好，衞生條件也很不錯，床很舒服。希望衞生間能做乾濕分離，如果每個房間都能把淋浴隔起來就更好了。下次去青島還會入住~

一間民宿，住出了悦榕莊的感覺，裝修超有格調，床超級舒服，感謝漂亮的老闆免費升級了房間。離奧帆中心、燕島山公園、小麥島公園很近，步行十分鐘，景色😍超美。

高考完和同學去青島玩，主要想去小麥島和燕兒島山公園，這家民宿在兩個景點的中間位置很方便！
早餐是中式簡餐，早上本來也吃不多，夠吃。
房間很新，床品和裝飾像星級酒店的品質，以前暑假出去玩住過不少民宿，這家是最有質感的了。

位置特別好，出門過馬路就是海灘，雖然不是浴場，但戲水玩沙很適合。房間及床上用品、毛巾也很乾凈，淋浴水很沖。我們事先不知道，訂的房間床有點小，兩個人有點擠。後來美女管家告訴我們，另外兩個房間是大床，住起來更舒服，可以選擇那兩間。客廳裏還有各種茶具和書籍，有閒情逸緻的可以泡壺茶、靠在窗邊看看書。美女管家非常精幹利落，很熱情親切。希望繼續保持，下次去青島海邊玩還住這裏。

剛開的名宿，一家人去住的很乾凈！房間洗澡的時候防滑墊沒有，拖鞋也沒有，附近停車位有，但是很少，我們吃個夜宵回來就沒車位了！吃的附近走一段路也到了！去海邊也近！如果三四家人去住更好，和在自己家一樣！有客廳和廚房！
