Air Con malfunction with heat wind with 26 degrees whole night and the outside temperature is just 12 degrees. I have to turn off the air con to stop fresh air during the night.) (3. Shower water is suppling unstable water temperatures.)(4. TV is not working)(5. WiFi cannot be connected)(6. Gym open at 14:00-22:00 which might be satisfying the customer regular exercise in morning) But the next day, room changed and all services are satisfied. The hotel manager even open the gym for me in advance. Overall I am happy the management did very well with complain handling and recovery.

我們是計劃出來旅遊的，暑假期間人流量多，早早就坐車過來了，提前一天打了電話到前台幫忙預留好房間，前台小哥哥很耐心的聽完了，早上很早就到達了酒店，怕趕不上行程就把先東西寄存在前台了，晚上回來拿，因為帶了小孩子，小哥哥還非常熱心的幫我們提前增加了一套洗漱用品，非常的暖心，我們玩得也很開心，酒店去哪個景區景點都很方便，古龍峽漂流，玄真漂流，飛來湖濕地公園，兩天時間都走不完，房間阿姨打掃得很乾凈，睡得非常舒適！

Shower pressure is good and bed is comfy but the storage space is minimum, just a steel cupboard. The view of gulong xia is magnificent, though certain things are man made but it is all done so beautifully, prepare to take lots of pictures around the hotel. The tourist attraction is right next door, unfortunately they stop rafting at this season, but u can still enjoy the mega waterfall and walking the glass bridge, view is magnificent. I went to the hot spring he zong wen quan recommended by the hotel receptionist, far away from the hotel but the place is so surreal and beautiful. Breakfast is just the minimal but good enough to feel the empty stomach. I have good memory of gulong xia.
