We had an absolute great time staying at KHOS for a family trip, just for one night but we enjoyed the hot springs waters at night and the facilities for children during day time. A lot of options to enjoy with family. The staff was great super helpful and nice and the room super nice, very spacious and with nice view. The food was also good but breakfast has not many western options. Overall is a great experience worth the price, great option for a weekend away from the city. I have to say I went during weekday with not many people.

Fountains and water features are empty, shops closed, grass is overgrown and facilities a little dated and tired. The indoor pool and one of the restaurants were closed and the outdoor pool was not very clean. What it did have was excellent customer service, the Moroccan theme was very cool and the rooms overlooking the lake were clean and had a lovely balcony. Overall, not worth the money. If you are looking for a base to sight-see Qingyuan, there are much cheaper hotels around and if you are wanting to enjoy a staycation this will be a disappointment.
