The pictures, and advertising looks great. But the rooms itself were very different, no refrigerator, and very dirty and dusty. The pools smelled horrible, the bath in the room was rusted, and there was only one restaurant open at only certain times. No place to buy water, cold drinks, or anything else. If you don't have a car the nearest shop is about 3km away. Definitely won't recommend going.

我帶着忐忑的心情訂了這酒店，辦理入住那天是酒店的週年慶典活動、池邊有很多的遊客、在樂隊伴奏中有的躺泳邊，有的泡在池裡、有的在游泳、盡情享受大自然風景，温泉超級舒服，房間也是標準的配置、周邊也去逛了逛，官塘的空氣温度適宜人居，對南方去的人是一明智的選擇、如果有機會還會來這裏！

差到極致 設施老舊 從進到大廳一直到房間內全部都是發黴的味道 房間內發黴到無法呼吸 樓裏隨處可見蟲子 癩蛤蟆 燈有些還不亮 住車裡住馬路邊都不想再去這家住了 洗澡得站在浴缸裏面洗 水是臭的 浴缸舊的掉漆都快塌了 陽台拉門絲毫沒有安全感 衞生間以及屋內衞生臟亂 到處發黴長綠苔 無奈住一晚上時刻想離開 就沒有拍照 但是勸誡大家千萬謹慎！！！千萬不要踩坑了 ！！！

每年必去一次的温泉酒店，擁有海南最好的温泉大泡池，温泉水裡硫磺味道絕對不是普通水加熱那種，就是可惜裝修時間太久了設施老化，不過客房還是挺乾淨的，服務人員比較少，但有事情打總機電話也能有人及時來解決問題，如果不重新裝修，衹想做為養老酒店來維持，實在是可惜了這麼好的温泉大泳池和温泉泡池

房問不理想，外環境還不錯，房間要好好整改，我已經住過二次，隔了三年，越來越差，舊，破。衞生間已經到了不能使用的底線了。改進，改進。

房間設施太老舊了，建議做個更新。温泉池的水非常地道，有一股淡淡的硫磺氣味，泡過温泉身上滑滑的，我朋友的濕疹居然見好。

酒店公共設施和泳池已 修繕好， 雖然酒店有年代感，泳池是 依然的棒。 泡池水温很熱， 晚上下了一場大雨， 大泳池的水温不是很高， 游泳温度很舒服， 家庭親子游 泡温泉很好的地方， 下次還來。
