服務很熱情，換贈送歡迎水果，第二次故地重遊，去年2月份也來住過森林客棧酒店，很開心，下次來希望能租一棟別墅，一家人一起玩，還可以摘椰子，離海邊超級近，沙灘也很好，非常滿意的體驗。

酒店位置特別好，就在海邊。景色迷人，感覺很温馨浪。漫，坐在前台聽着海浪聲享受酒店免費送的咖啡、冰茶水，很愜意。女兒想吃水果，前台小妹還送了兩個芒果，是個很温馨很舒適的海邊度假民宿。非常推薦

房間外帶大露台，對面就是海的故事，出去遊玩方便。服務人員挺熱心的，幫忙提行李。晚上正巧看到放煙花🎆，美中不足的是早餐比較簡單。

優點：外圍環境相當好，花園裝修的很漂亮，小資舒服，老闆也很好，送了入住的水果和孩子的早餐券，就在海的故事後麪，門對門，本身酒店周圍的環境就很美，很適合住在這裏休閑時到處逛逛，還都是免費的，房間也很大，有麻將洗衣機，共同客廳，也適合幾家朋友一起聚會。
缺點：在酒店門口會聞到前面海邊餐廳抽風機抽出來的炒菜的味道，晚上睡覺時有一點點海邊唱歌的聲音，另外就是，我們住的標雙是在地下室的，雖然是半明的房間，始終感覺會差一點。

非常好的一家酒店，乾淨舒適且漂亮，和旁邊的酒店是同一集團，可以過去用餐、游泳、跑温泉、小童樂園，出門就是博鰲著名景點海的故事，早上海灘散步拍照真的超級方便，酒店大堂有免費茶水咖啡，還可以現做清補涼（收費），店員服務態度很好，熱情，有親切感，我們的陽台有雨棚全覆蓋，衣服曬不到太陽，見旁邊房間還沒有人入住偷偷借用了下，服務員也沒説啥，在客人準備入住前還特意前來提醒並且送來晾衣架，真的非常貼心，博鰲度假旅遊首選。
