從金州寺公車站行走5至10分鐘可到，在兩間民房間的巷道里，公寓大門與房門都是電子密碼鎖，房間新裝修不久，屋內備品都是密封一次性的，乾淨衞生，熱水充足。

剛裝修不久的新民宿，衞生條件不用説，很乾凈；床的話睡起來一般，不過當時也料到了，圖個出路方便嘛~地理位置優越，離西街不遠，穿小巷子走個幾百米就到了。就是當時攜程上提供的地理訊息實在不準確，與實際不符，導致當時打車下車後找地方摸不着頭腦🙃🙃

房東很熱情，住的地方離西街不遠，很方便！旁邊有座挺有名的廟宇（金沙寺），特別喜歡泉州的建築，而且感覺泉州的人很熱心。
另外住的地方雖然不大，但是很乾凈
