優點：酒店的大堂裝修很豪華很大氣，房間內部裝修也是很有質感，工作人員服務熱情，因為不喜歡睡標配的高枕頭客服幫忙送來了乳膠枕，睡起來舒服很多，還是非常人性化的。早餐種類還算豐富，味道也很不錯。
缺點：空調製冷效果不好，房間有點悶熱。定的標間一張床的軟硬適中，另外一張床特別軟，家人説很軟睡的不舒服，我們也是最後一天才發現，不然就要求換房間了。離景區西街開元寺遠了點，單趟打車20多塊錢，酒店環境
好來回打車也能接受。

原本計劃是住2晚上，到了之後天氣不咋樣耽誤了行程，決定多住一晚上，續住是前台小霞幫我們操作的。她服務很熱情，也非常耐心細緻。
客房服務的電話沒人接，我一直打前台電話讓他們去叫一下服務，後來發現客房服務的小夥子真的挺忙的，一直在送這送那的幹活～
住宿是免費停車的，分地上車位和地下車位，每次離開需要去前台掃碼～如果能改成掃一次系統記錄就更完美了。
整體還是很讓我滿意的～我們有機會再見
