酒店環境太差，房間太小，還亂收費、網上訂的時候150，退房時161，礦泉水10元一瓶

進房間的時候裏面有員工在休息，然後直接出來讓我入住。走的時候開發票看不清楚，我讓重開他們説別人都能報銷就你不能。事後處理不回覆，重開發票還要税費

總體環境不佳，入住的時候衞生間地板，房間地板都有水沒幹，房間老舊。酒店門口停車要自付費，不如停馬路邊，停馬路邊晚上不收費，早上7點才開始收費，停酒店門口白天晚上都收費。不建議住這裏，不值這價

酒店前台態度極差，擺出一副臭臉的樣子，在網上下了單，過去了以後竟然不認賬，説是拒單，你要拒單就不要在網上發出來，環境又不好，房間好大一股味道，大家都不要去上當了

前半夜，中央空調開着的，有熱風。直接開着睡覺了。後半夜居然把熱風關了，我們直接變自然風，然後我和同事，雙雙感冒。酒店過道火鍋味太嚴重。
