I have stayed at chain hotels many times, and chain hotels are as good as ever. The sanitary environment is more secure than other non-chain star hotels. The only drawback is that you cannot earn Marriott points.

I visited their bar on 13th April, Their ambience was great and the food was amazing I love the food and service done by ritvik from bar he has done amazing service and very polite in nature he know how to maintain the standard of marriot And special thanks to Mr rohit

Hello team marriort, Me ***** with my family came for a property visit. We explored gym, spa including brunch buffet. Unfortunately, we haven’t took buffet because of a fasting. During that we meet with Ms. bhumika, Mr. Narendra, Mr aditya from front desk and Mr. Sandeep from raipur kitchen, they welcomed us warmly and served watermelon juice as a welcome drink. That guys were very co-operative, well maintained and given us the service to let us come again to this company. Overall the service is 10/10. Thank you

I had recently visited the Hotel ***** with my family members. Spent a quality time here and enjoyed the hotel services. Food quality is good and best in taste. Overall experience was excellent and remarkable. I would love to visit the property again whenever i plan to come Raipur. Also i want to thank Ms.Neha providing excellent hospitality specially for taking the initiative to make arrangements for my arrival till checkout. And thank you chef kamal to.. who serve as delicious cake.... and make my wife birthday memorable.

Wonderful stay at gift Courtyard by Marriott Raipur. The staff is very well trained and well mannered. The ambience is great as well. The hotel has the facilities of swimming pool, spa and gym. The rooms are quite spacious with excellent view. Special thanks to ms. Nisha from housekeeping

Mr Kunj truly exceptional! From the moment we checked in, he was were incredibly friendly and helpful. . The front desk staff were efficient and always had a smile. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist definitely made our stay a memorable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff!" An Enjoyable trip. The staff and the food in the restaurant was just amazing. The room and it’s service was also very Good. Mr Riyaz, Mr Apu, Mr Ghosh and Miss Pooja we’re just amazing in the Restaurant. There love for Guests was well seen. Good.

Best hotel for Business /family trip in Raipur. Hotel staff are well mannered and also the food quality/ Variety is very nice . Whenever I visit Raipur I always use to stay in Raipur Marriot and also I would recommend this hotel for those who wanted to visit .

Lovely! A very warm welcome by Mr. Narendra at the front desk, followed by suite upgrade by Mr. Kunj and Ms. Rajshree. It was a pleasant surprise. The suite is very spacious. Well lit and basic amenities are present. Lots of storage and also paid mini bar with non alcoholic drinks are placed in the mini bar. The front desk team is very efficient. I can say that as Ms. Rajshree, Ms. Neha, Mr. Narendra, Ms. Satyabhama, Ms. Suman, Mr. Kunj and Mr. Aparnamaye were always polite and very efficient to get me what ever I demanded. Thank you. Food quality has improved drastically. The salad counter was a delight. Thank you Chef Pritam, Chef Jyoti and Chef Sudip for the wonderful experience. Do try the grilled fish cooked in lemon ginger sauce. Thank you to all the Chefs for creating delicious, mouth watering dishes and keeping my stomach full at all times. The service team is excellent. They are always on their toes. Thank you Mr. Rohit, Mr. Sundeep, Mr. Satyendra, Mr. Vaibhav, Mr. Hemant, Mr. Hritwik and Ms. Geeta for taking care of me. Ms. Amin and Mr Pushpendra - thank you for keeping my room clean and tidy always. Sorry for the mess that was created by my colleagues. You both have wonderful smile. Met Gupta ji and Mr Rachit,at the property. Was told they are the person who takes care of things, when called upon, on behalf of the owner. It was wonderful to meet them both.

Nice hassle free stay.Big rooms,basic facilities like spa and swimming pool. Staff is the most courteous I found in years.Food menu was great, especially the dinner. The bar is the most basic and needs the maximum attention.I say so because ordered an LIT cocktail which was served in a 300 ml glass.surprised.

Had a very wonderful stay in Courtyard by Marriott. The staff was very professional and friendly. Specially Mr. Pushpendra, he performed his duties diligently and went above and beyond to make sure that the room was always spotless. Their attention to detail, politeness, and genuine care made me feel completely at home. Small touches like neatly folded towels, a perfectly made bed, and even a kind note made all the difference. Thank you once again to the entire housekeeping team — your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!
