We stayed only one night in a tree house (TH04) and would have probably benefited to stay longer. This review is about the logging only. The tree house are amazing. These are duplexes with 2 single beds and a full bath downstairs. A few steps and you get to a full kitchenette with a dishwasher, a sofa and a TV. The main bedroom is upstairs with its own bathroom. Just a tip, let the water run for 4 minutes to get it to hot.

We just recently stayed at the Pearl of Plitvice. Amazing location with lovely staff. We were there for 2 nights while visiting the Plitvice NP. It’s located within walking distance to Entrance 3 of the park, which is so much more convenient than main gate; however, you must have your hard tickets or on your phone. They don’t take vouchers. This location is about 25 minutes from the main gate, but it is in such a nice area for bike riding, hiking or just enjoying the peace and quiet. The room was modern and really nice. For Americans, the breakfast is more European, but a nice display. Also recommend stopping at the market before heading up the hill for snacks and drinks, the minibar is a little pricey.

La prise d'un package y inclut en général l'entrée (environ 40 euros) ce qui n'est pas négligeable et évite aussi de devoir s'oblige à y arriver pour une heure précise. L'hôtel a un charme désuet d'une ancienne époque yougoslave et mériterait très probablement un petit lifting pour être remis au goût du jour. Certains package propose aussi le dîner du soir ce qui est une bonne option en raison du peu de possibilité de restauration dans les environs mais offre un grand choix de plats et de cuisine locale. Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est par contre un peu plus petit mais offre aussi de quoi contenter tout le monde.

When I went to Plitvice, there was no elevator in the pula dormitory the day before, and I was a little disappointed with the expectation of parking and breakfast. I saw Hotel Pil and it was very relaxed. It was nice to have a large parking lot and elevator in a pretty building that was just built. After check-in, I entered the room and a large room with a large port, indoor shoes and a rich outlet. Totally 120% satisfied!! Definitely 5 out of 5 .. This B&B is up in the mountains about 30minutes from Plitvice Lakes N/Pk .. the surroundings are breathtaking.. the rooms are beautiful & modern & very cosy. The people that run it are delightful & friendly. We enjoyed delicious home cooked meals with all fresh produce from there garden and nothing was a bother.. you definitely felt full when you had finished and the meals were reasonably priced .. I would definitely recommend this establishment during any month of the yr..

The location is a bit far away, so if you are planning to visit Plitvice National Park, you should take into account the time to drive. In addition to the restaurant operated by the hostel itself, there are no nearby restaurants, so you have to buy simple food and visit. In addition, I liked the view of the hostel and the promenade very much.

Very nice and peaceful place, full immersed into the nature, rooms are comfortable and so nice, full optioned, clean and charm. Service is very high level. You feel like lost in paradise! Owners are so gentle and kind, they pay attention at your requests and need. It’s a WOW location. Thank you

We stayed at the Lyra Hotel near Plitvice Lakes National Park in November of 2023. The hotel was very nice with ultra modern rooms that were comfortable and clean. The hotel was in somewhat of an odd location with the nearby village being almost completely abandoned from the war in the 1990’s. The homes and buildings still showed the devastating impact of the war. The village is very close to the Serbian border and many of Croatian residents chose not to move back with Serbia in such close proximity. The hotel was near Plitvice Lakes National Park which is absolutely stunning. The hike down to the lakes is a must and not that difficult. The park is well worth a lengthy visit.
