"We requested 2 times for the room to be cleaned and it was not cleaned for our 2 weeks stay.. The receptionists are nice. The breakfast is simple American breakfast, cold eggs, DIY waffles and bagels. The highlight of the lobby is that you can help yourselves with coffee or hot chocolate. During my 2 weeks in Redmond Inn, there’s was no cookies served as promised in the brochure. One good thing about the room is that there’s a small area for microwave and fridge but no electric kettle."
"I recently stayed at the Redmond Archers Hotel in Seattle and the overall experience was very enjoyable. First of all, the location of the hotel is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the center of Redmond, and there are many restaurants and shops around, making our trip more convenient.
The hotel has a very complete set of facilities. The rooms are spacious and modern in design, with comfortable beds and high quality bedding, so that we can enjoy a good night's sleep. There is also an indoor pool and gym in the hotel, so that we can maintain our exercise habits during the trip.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional, both reception and room service, they were very helpful and made us feel at home.
For meals, the restaurant offers a wide selection of breakfast options, from American breakfast to health options, and the taste is very good. In addition, there are many restaurants nearby to choose from, allowing us to taste a variety of cuisines.
Overall, the Redmond Archers Hotel in Seattle is a very comfortable and convenient accommodation choice, perfect for both business and leisure. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers planning to Redmond."

"Convenient location, warm and intimate service! The room is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities and easy to use. The bedding is clean and sleep-helping. The details are thoughtful, the overall exceeded expectations, and I am very satisfied. Will choose to stay next time!"
"The hotel only clean your room every alternate days, they will charge you USD 16 + tax for parking fees, my room is included breakfast but they charge you. please make sure you check your bill before check out."
"Arrived at the hotel early, the hotel allowed early check-in, it is very close to Microsoft, you can visit Microsoft's visitor center. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby"
"I lived once last year. This time I decided to stay. I waited until 4 pm to check out the room. The long-distance flight time difference was really sleepy and tired! Breakfast is only a simple Western breakfast! The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the surrounding area, which needs to be booked in advance. The overall is not bad, I feel that many are business trips, after all, there are still quite a lot of companies around."

GGuest UserThe chanel lineup online that was supposed to be accurate was not so it was difficult to find something to watch. It would be great if the on TV guide were available instead of scanning a QR code and going to a listing that is wrong. It would also let guests see what is on instead of blindly channel surfing. The remote was slow to work, you had to press the buttons very hard to get the channel or volume to change. The pillows in my room were a bit dodgy (lumpy and broken down) and they all seemed to be the same firmness. I prefer a mix of pillows (some firm and some softer). and the ice machine on my floor was broken, which was inconvenient, especially after a long day. Breakfast was tasty and well-maintained, the room clean and tidy, and the staff were welcoming.
MMohamed abuaagla 176So many, so many words, so many haha, so many words, so many red bumps, Guo Degang, Guo Degang’s words, so many big brothers, younger brothers and Guo Degang, Guo Degang’s weird phone calls, so many phone calls, so many words, it’s weird
Jjean23The environment is not bad, there are supermarkets and buses nearby. There are cemeteries on both sides of the road outside the door. Room facilities are OK, but the sound insulation effect is poor, especially if there is an early morning work next door, the noise is very loud at 4 o'clock, and the sound of living with children for a long time will be greater. If you can't sleep well, you don't change the room. You have to pay for the earplugs. Because of the noise next door, you have to pay for the room. Some staff at the front desk have a bad service attitude.
