It’s was a great experience

Very close to the train station

Room was pretty big, and i enjoyed a lot our stay there. staff was kind too.

Beyond the impersonal side of the hotel, the welcome is pleasant although the lobby is small and not very cheerful. Nothing to say about the clean and pleasant room (heating) the proximity of the station is an asset.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the train station, and yet very well soundproofed: we do not hear any outside noise from the room. The breakfast was really superb. To be able to fully enjoy it, we would have liked not to have the "news" in the elevator, which are generally not good and which we would like to do without during a weekend :)

The location is great. Nothing to say.

Poor service attitude, discrimination

1. The staff are really friendly 2. Because the accommodation is connected to the station, if you are assigned a room near the train platform, it will be noisy and difficult to open the window. 3. There is no basic bottled water and there is no supermarket nearby, so you have to prepare it in advance.

It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the station. The location is excellent and you can store your luggage for free, which is very convenient. The attitude of the service staff is very good and there is no problem in communicating in English.

Hotel very well located, easy to access. Friendly staff, the room is comfortable. A pleasant stay, nothing to say.

房間乾淨，就在火車站上很方便出行，隔音好，尤其衞生間是整體衞浴很新，服務人員熱情，早餐豐富，辦理入住快，雷恩特色可麗餅很好吃

駅を上階まで登って、出てすぐ！部屋は清潔で広くて安くて十分に休息できました。 当方英語が堪能でなく、スタッフさんの1人の男性は割と普通のスピードで話され確認したいことを少し躊躇ってしまいましたが、翌朝いらした女性スタッフはとてもにこやかで優しく安心しました、、！

非常好，前台黑人小姐姐小哥哥很有耐心。真難得
