AWFUL. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, sink was clogged, staff was RUDE, requested $30 late checkout but was charged $75, was told to checkout TWICE after being accepted for late checkout, shuttle to airport never showed up, and they charged us $50 for leaving the key card in the room without ever being made aware of this policy. I am utterly speechless. DO NOT STAY HERE. GM will not email me back for a refund. My $230 stay ended up being $360 for a disgusting smelling room. I am appalled at the lack of customer service.

The hotel is new, clean and colourful. Nice to have hot chocolate drink upon check in. Coffee, tea, hot water, still water and sparkling water is available at lobby for self service 24/7. We had a nice morning walk to the nearby Revere Beach.

- The hotel is clean and clean. I stayed in connection with the flight schedule to and from Boston Airport, and it was very convenient because there was a hotel shuttle bus service. Breakfast is free. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant on the day of arrival and it was reasonable. -Hotel location: 12 minutes drive from Boston Logan Airport (4.6 mile). Convenient as there is a shuttle bus between the hotel and the airport. (30 minutes. Hotel departure: on time every hour. And every 30 minutes). - Parking: Paid parking at the hotel (1 to 15 dollars).
