Lovely place, nice and quiet, with the friendliest staff I’ve ever seen. They have the most fantastic bar crew, and they give you excellent drinks—really friendly people and welcoming. Their Buffet restaurant has a lot to offer. Tasty and fresh food every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The servers they have are excellent, and they give you the best service possible—lovely people with nice humor. The outdoor pool is amazing; I spent a lot of time over there. If you wanna visit the beach, they’ll take you over there and bring you back to the hotel. I definitely will come back again and highly recommend it.

This has been the best place I have ever stayed at on holiday. From the moment my sisters and I arrived, we felt very welcomed by Maria (guest relations agent). She was very bubbly and super friendly, so I knew already this would be a nice place to stay. Throughout our time here, everyone in the hotel always gave us a great service with a smile, and everything we asked for was done without hesitation. I would like to give a very big thank you to the people who made our stay extra special, Katerina (Guest relations manager), Angeliki (Front desk manager), Vassilis (also goes by Billy) who was absolutely brilliant when it came to helping us with around the hotel. When it came to eating within the hotel, we visited La Cucina restaurant and Konstintina (Hostess) was fantastic with recommendations and just made our booking experience within other restaurants so simple and smooth. Dionysia who was a waitress in the main restaurant was always positive when taking our order and her smile could literally light up a room. Everyone mentioned in this review deserves a raise because their hospitality, generosity and kindness was next to none and unmatched. I feel like they are now our family and we will definitely be coming here again. I loved this stay so much!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were outstanding and the food delicious and nutritious. There was so much choice for breakfast and became something to look forward to. The infinity pool was so refreshing and relaxing to be in.

Came to this hotel to celebrate a 40 and 60 birthday this is the fourth time I have been to this hotel and every time it just amazes me how friendly and helpful the staff are nothing is ever to much trouble and always greeted with a smile by every member of staff always ask how my day been or is there anything they can do from the minute we arrived at checking we was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by katerina aswell as a welcome drink once again we had a beautiful room which had a amazing view this really is our dream hotel and look forward to coming back once again would not recommend any other hotel even the hotel manger georgios took time from his day to say hello wich is such a nice gesture as I'm sure running a hotel that runs as smooth as this takes a lot of work but to great your guests just makes you feel that extra bit special

We had 2 people in particular who added a whole dimension to our holiday - Savvas the waiter who was 100% in his attentiveness and nothing was any trouble to him - a FIRST CLASS waiter indeed!!! ALSO Eirini - Barwoman she ALWAYS was smiling and again nothing was too much trouble for her. We would happily come back to this hotel IF both the above mentioned people were there. They put the “cream on the cake” for my husband and me 👏🏼👏🏼

My husband and I have just rturned from a lovely, relaxing holiday at the Lindos Village Resort and Spa. We had originally booked a different hotel in Lindos but were fianlly offered this hotel because the original one had still not opened! I had read previous reviews but can honestly say that we have enjoyed a wonderful holiday in a resort with beautiful views and excellent hard working staff. Yannis who is the waiter at the lovely pool is wonderful and never stops working. On arrival at the pool every day, he tries to approach as many clients as possible to request their drinks order which is a very nice professional touch. Eirene who serves in the elegant lobby bar is also a human dynamo, as is Nektarta Kambosa who works very hard in the restaurant. Food and sleep quality were very good but this resort is quite remote with lot of steps to the pool and a steep slope to the pebble beach which might be a problem for anybody with walking difficulties. There is however a very efficient buggy service driven by a very friendly, efficient young man (sorry, I don't have his name). So, if you require a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of life, this is the place to go!

We stayed in 1114 and the view was just amazing. So peaceful and comfortable. We booked in a couple spa trea**ents and used the spa facilities. Lindos town is just a Euro 15 taxi away but only Euro 10 return. The Acropolis was amazing - remember to book your ticket before you arrive in order to avoid the queue. Meals at Lindos Grand were smooth and delicious. Plenty of space and table inside or outside. We booked half board and were delighted by the cold plate and free bottle of wine that was brought to our room. Everyone was really welcoming - we were brought drinks upon arrival! Nothing is too much trouble! We are planning a return trip for the same time next year!

We were welcomed with a drink which was a lovely touch. The hotel is very clean, friendly and quiet. Brilliant service from all staff and they’re all very happy to help. There isn’t very much going on locally and took us a day or 2 to work out what to do. It’s a nice quiet location with just an 8 minute taxi over to Lindos Square where there is lots happening. There is a taxi service very close by located next to the banana beach bar which is very handy to be able to eat there on a lunch time or grab a drink whilst down at the beach. There are lots of sun beds and there was never a problem with getting a sun bed through out the day. There is a selection of restaurants at the hotel, we went to Takara and La Cucina which were both lovely. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Lindos Grand Resort and would definitely recommend coming here for a quiet get away.

We had a good trip, the hotel has the potential to be amazing but the staff/service needs a lot of work. On arrival, we were provided with a welcome drink and talked through how to check in via a downloadable app. The person checking us in was a little awkward and we found that each time we would walk past she would pretend not to see us and look busy talking or doing something. A simple smile would have been fine. There was also a very awkward gentlemen at reception who never really knew anything when asked. I'll get to him later in my review. We were then taken to our room, which was a Deluxe Suite with Seaview and a private pool, upon first viewing, we were a little underwhelmed. The 'Seaview' was more of a 'Sea-glimpse', with buildings in front of us. This should have been made clear at the point of booking. We didn’t complain as we felt this was probably the best of the bad bunch as most rooms would have restricted views of a lack of privacy. We made a call on going for privacy. We spent most mornings in our pool, which whilst lovely, isn't as private as you think it will be as you share it with the room next to you with a small wall 'separating' the two. Again, having said that, the people in the room alongside us were rarely there when we were, so it didn't cause any problems. We would then move up to the main pool around lunchtime when the sun moved and meant our pool was in the shade for the rest of the day. There is an area behind the poolside with chairs and table (we were not allowed to eat on these for some sort of reason) Instead we were told that we had to order food to the poolside at our sunbeds – this would have been fine is there weren’t cats constantly wondering around waiting under and next to your sunbed looking for you to feed them. If you have a fear of cats don’t bother coming here as this hotel is surrounded by them. At breakfast if you sit outdoors, you will experience the same thing as well at all the restaurants. The restaurants are also not quite restaurants, and you are siting in a large area with room separators which doesn’t really equate to a restaurant – the view was nice but they really need to work out the grass or non-existent grass which is mostly a few ****s some dried grass and just dried up rubble. The area looks upkept due to this. They have separate beach towels which are in the room, to have these changed you need to go down to the spa which is a good way away from the pool area and the beach area. In most other 5* hotels I have stayed at there is often a station at the pool area. When I asked the staff were not helpful and didn’t even offer to get this for me. The breakfast area was well stocked every morning (we were B&B guests) with everything you could really want, including a lovely omelette station. Whilst the staff here were always very friendly, it was sometimes difficult to get their attention promptly in order to get drinks/coffees. On our first day we weren’t offered any hot drink
