Nice place to stay - clean and large room, free breakfast, nice Wi-Fi and parking. This is cool variant for economy stay.

Like large room, hard wood floor, simple in decor, but fully amenitized. Issues: check in took more time as there was some confusion about whether the room had been paid in advance or not. Would also hope hot water flowed stronger.
