"Everything is great in the hotel! The staff and the rooms. I really liked the sauna on the 1st floor. Not bad breakfasts. The staff helped us with personal issues, for which we are very grateful. Across the street is a small store and a huge casino. On the other side of the hotel is a nice cafe. The only nuance is the location. We had to get from Osaka by metro with 2 transfers. And the second transfer is only 1 stop, but the train runs every 30 minutes. And from the train another 15 minutes walk. But the hotel is great!"
"We didn't know that this is a love hotel and only realised it the day before checking in, as the check in is only from 6pm. The room is very spacious and we didn't mind the ****, condoms and lots of beauty products it came with. :D However, I didn't know that hotel rooms in Japan can allow smoking, so the strong cigarette smell in the room was very off putting.
We put up a 'do not disturb' sign because we don't need cleaning daily. The second day I noticed some of the **** from the hotel were gone in our room but the room wasn't made (bed wasn't made, trash not emptied). I asked the staff and they said they removed it because they thought it bothered us. This was a bit weird to me, I'm not sure where they got the idea from and I don't know why they entered the room. It's also important to note that the train only runs once per hour most of the day (during some hours twice)."

"Choose here for business trips, the hotel is very clean, the room flyers are changed every day. The single room size is not very large, but it is enough for early departure and late return every day. Great!"
"Very clean and tidy, complete bathroom facilities, first-class service attitude, quiet surroundings, a 10-minute walk from the subway station, shopping and eating around the subway station is very convenient and affordable. Will choose to stay next time, some reservations in advance price concessions."
"The hotel is relatively new, about 100 meters from the station. The breakfast provided is in the bakery on the first floor. The taste is OK, but the fixed amount is two different breads and a glass of orange juice, which is enough. It is not richer than Japanese cuisine."
"Health is very good, very clean
Environment: The surrounding environment is very good, not very noisy. Very close to the subway station and convenient transportation.
Service: Service attitude is very good.
Facilities: The facilities are average, the hotel looks like it has been for many years, but the price is very high."
"Although I didn't use them this time, there were also bars and cafes, and the interior was very nice. It was close enough to see Kusatsu Station, and it was nice that there was a convenience store and a restaurant on the first floor. I liked that you could check out until 3pm or 5pm! It was more than worth the price! I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity."
