3、自駕：5.1早6點鄭州出發，一路暢通到嵐山區，不堵車的感覺太美了。自駕的好處是應帶盡帶，東西多而不亂，擺放有序，極大舒適。

住過酒店很多次，因為孩子很愛後面的海灘，挖貝殼。但是這次和朋友一起出行，住的行政海景，真的很差。
樓下樂園正在施工，有點吵。
洗澡間下水是堵的，洗個澡整個漫上來，洗手間全是水。當時已經晚上十點了，叫了服務來打掃就算了。後續也沒有任何説法。
酒店設定了親子房型，一部分主打親子游，可是沒有床圍。
辦理入住明知有小童，也需要自己再致電前台才送洗漱用品。
我因為常去知道有室內小童樂園，可是前台在入住時並沒有告知客人可以帶孩子去玩。
希望改進服務。

酒店的海景看看倒是很舒服，早餐也是很豐盛的。説説缺點吧。1、房間電動窗簾是壞的。2、房間的窗户是關不上的（工程晚上9點來修復的）3、房間的門鎖是鎖不上的（也是工程一起修的）4、房間的空調不知道什麼情況也不製冷，真的住一晚太熱了 小傢伙臉上的濕疹都熱出來了。也不高興投訴換房間了。東西多了點。
酒店管理層不查房的嘛，不要浪費了這麼好的地方。嵐山本身就沒有什麼好玩的酒店算是比較新了，餐飲婚慶都有。好好整頓下吧這個淡季的價格無所謂，旺季價格正常人肯定接受不了酒店是這樣的設施。希望貴酒店重視起來。作為一個酒店人的建議

訂的海景房，免費升級行政海景房，送的有果盤。拉開窗簾就是蔚藍色大海，很治癒。酒店步行到多島海10分左右路程，還有免費的小童遊樂設施，早餐中規中矩，沒有室內泳池，
