Rooms: clean, bed very good, shower with black fungus in the corner! Sauna: sweat room ok, the wet area is uncared: that a resting lie was defect, the back part kicked away, as the screw was light. The frisure table with 2 vase with old dried herb, the tables were unclean. The whirlpool with milk water grass us. Kitchen good, breakfast rich and good. The staff is customer-oriented but seems stressed, because underdotted. Concluded: the manager/manager should necessarily pay more attention to the house!

My first thought is how this hotel only has 3 stars. The room was clean, nothing out of the ordinary. The bed was comfortable, maybe a tad soft for my liking. The noise from other rooms were quite low compared to other hotels I experienced. The staff were very polite and very serviceminded. Overall a good stay.

We decided to spend a night in Santispark because we were very much trying the Privat Spa. We were very friendly at the reception and were allowed to take our room, which was very beautifully decorated. We had the Deluxe double room, which was very generous and brightly furnished. Even with personal welcome on the TV. Glorious bathroom and free view of the Santis. The PrivatSpa is relatively expensive for 3 hours, however, you should take it once. It really did well just let the soul smoke uninterruptedly. Very nice atmosphere. Breakfast is very selective and very friendly and very convenient staff.

For anyone coming to visit St Gallen, we can highly recommend TouchBed City Apartments. The location is super centric, and our studio even had a beautiful view of the old town and the Abbey. The self-checking was easy and convenient, the building is modern and the studio was great! We loved having our own kitchen as eating out in Switzerland can be really expensive. The kitchen was super clean and very well equipped for cooking. The bed was comfy and the shower was also great. We can recommend this place for any type of traveler on both leisure and business trips.

We were a night guest at the hotel port. We had booked a room with Lakeburg Park. On the other hand there is a railway. The room classification is basically very intelligently resolved, except the open lavabo in the room, that did not like us! The toilet/shower is then separate and closed. At the moment a shower donor would be more environmentally friendly than small shower bottles. A lot of spacious area in the room. Space for bags at the entrance. It is available for free mineral water in the corridor. There are enough parking spaces. We have eaten in the restaurant. The dining card is small, but everyone finds something. Prices are very moderate for food and drink. Good wine selection. The staff is friendly and nice. The restaurant/lobby was running a pleasant background music. The garden terrace is also very OK. Our stay was therefore successful and happy to be back. The Lakeburg Park is a cat jump from the hotel and really a beautiful park with a lot of nature, animals, castle and port. We were very positively surprised!

The location and surroundings is wonderful, the house and staff are pleasant at any time. The view of the ground lake from the balcony and wellness area is inexplicablely beautiful. East Switzerland can be explored out of the hotel with ÖV excellently.

Beautiful, convenient room. Due to the construction site on the street it is here for weekdays , at least at the rooms to the street, early loud. Clean hotel, Breakfast Basic but iO. Good coffee machine - great cappuccino. The best here are the staff, the reception. They are premature, friendly, super.
