Location: requires a fair bit of walking to from the metro. But otherwise fairly central.
Service: one of the best I’ve had in a while, with personal greetings at the door, introductions, suggestions for what to do in the city, friendly hosts, etc. unfortunately the electricity got cut off the next morning but they apologised and waived the city tax fee for our inconvenience - this was really appreciated.
Room is modern and clean, though I think amenities was lacking - only 2 small shower gel bottles with no tissue papers around except toilet paper. Fine for one night but may be inconvenient for longer stays.
Overall enjoyed the stay!

Georgiou was a tremendous host , very helpful , make coffee for you , he is a thorough gentleman.
Would recommend him and his establishment to any one. He has great reviews and I can say they are all true.

This is a hotel I don’t know how to review! It feels like a semi-express and semi-B&B. The front desk gets off work at 6 o'clock, and you need to get the room card via email for instructions. The whole process is like a treasure hunt! Request to check out at 10:30 in the morning! Pictures are not available.

It's far from the subway station, but you can easily get there by bus 360 from Termini Station.

Via Veneto Luxury suites is an exceptional guest house. We loved the spacious room with its minimalist and refined decoration. Access by a period elevator amused us a lot. Very well insulated, the room is quiet to allow you to rest after a day of exploring Rome. The bathroom is also big, we liked the blue light of the shower;) . The breakfast is also ‘proper’ with quality products. And above all the owner of the guest house makes all the difference: passionate about his city, he is full of good addresses, he is also very responsive to answer questions. Couldn't ask for better.
