All great; only thing I would have liked is hot water to shower and a stronger air conditioner. Other than that, it was great. The owners went out of their way to assist us. Close to Metro and walking distance to Vatican City

The service was outstanding! Miguel took care of all our needs, answered all our questions picked us up from & to the airport. Was very attentive and provided us with a map of the area and suggested places to eat. There's a small grocery store by the hotel so we were able to buy snacks for breakfast including water. The gentleman who cleaned our room everyday was also very nice & helpful, I would definitely recommend this hotel! Outstanding service & nice staff.

Booked on the fly because the price was very convenient (I think a super offer) and there was the possibility of using the fridge. When I arrived I was welcomed in a truly unique way. The room was very comfortable although the fact of being on the ground floor worried me a bit. Nothing could be more wrong. The room was not only very comfortable but also light years away from the traffic of Via Cipro. And let's talk about the fact that we are behind the Vatican gardens, a stone's throw from the Cipro metro, a stone's throw from St. Peter's Square and with an absolutely silent rest. I slept wonderfully. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room and services, mini bar in the room, TV but also common area with fridge with freezer and microwave oven available. I had the room within the agreed time but in addition I had the opportunity to keep my luggage in storage completely free of charge to enjoy the last day in the eternal city in complete freedom. The area is very quiet even in the evening and is well equipped with public transport. There are several places around where you can eat. The staff is very kind and prepared. Ask and it will be given to you. Dare. They may even tell you where to find a hardware store, in case you need it.

The structure is on a less than excellent diet. More than a B&B room, it looks like a hotel room: mini bar, kettle with free herbal teas, super efficient heating, Smart TV with Netflix subscription, WiFi, automatic shutters. The room is furnished in a very simple way but all the furniture is new and beautiful. Cleanliness is EXCELLENT. The area is perfect, a stone's throw from the Cipro metro station and a 10 minute walk from the Vatican. The building in which the structure is located is very quiet, peaceful and very elegant. Michele welcomed us magnificently, explaining everything about the city, he also gave us maps in which he marked the points of interest. Overall, highly recommended!!!
