This hotel will charge more city tax! It will be charged when you check in and out. At that time, there were too many things to do and I had no idea, so it was charged twice. Afterwards, I contacted the hotel to ask for a refund, and I have not received it until now. The overall facilities of the hotel are quite old and are quite different from the pictures on the booking interface. The room is very small and the bathroom is not clean. The place where towels are hung is above the toilet... It is recommended to choose other hotels with the same budget.

The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center, very close to Plaza España, and very safe. I booked a twin room, and the hotel gave me a double room. It was late at that time, and I didn't want to bother. I asked the front desk to give me another quilt the next day, but I was given a quilt without a quilt. I was speechless. The hotel breakfast is very good and rich, and the breakfast staff are very enthusiastic. The garden restaurant at night is great, check it out!

It's pretty good. There's a supermarket downstairs, a lot of small restaurants around, and it's not far from the subway station.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to go out for shopping, eating and playing. The room is large and the decoration is a**ospheric. I will definitely come back.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of Rome... within walking distance to everywhere... I expected the rooms to be a little newer. But in terms of service and cleanliness, ***et was successful.

Excellent location for shopping. Right in the middle of all the good stores and main shopping street. We stayed in the annex building, room was clean with comfy beds and a good shower. Our fridge was not working when we arrived but the staff was quick to fix it. Hotel breakfast was excellent with plenty high quality options. Very little natural light in the room with only 1 window with wooden slats. Main street can also be quite loud at night.

My sister and I stayed here for four days and it was excellent. First day we were greeted by handsome gentleman and very attentive. It was about 10am so we had to wait for our room but he offered us a drink and pastry(cappuccino and amazing sweets) by a lady( can’t remember her name) anyways our room was perfect for two people, two twin beds, so comfortable and the view was great: the rooftop has a restaurant and the view there is wonderful. I really enjoyed this hotel and we will be coming back from Now on and will recommend it to friends nd family. Thank you again, great location and walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Vatican and Colosseum is a 35 min walk, I didn’t mid , we love to walk. Again you will not be dissapointed this hotel to me is perfect.

For the most part, our stay was enjoyable. I would like to return. But I would not want to stay in the annex again—too noisy as it’s right by the wonderful rooftop restaurant. Excellent breakfast, too.

Fantastic location within easy walking distance of the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Staff very helpful and attentive. The rooftop bar is a real added bonus. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.
