The location is fine. There's a bus stop right in front that connects to a metro station going straight to Rome’s city center. The place is clean and quiet. Some staff are friendly and helpful. Others seem like they don’t want to be there. No greeting, no eye contact—just a sense of disinterest. Cleaning staff stared at us like we were in their way. No “hello,” just pressure to leave so they could do their job. It might be a cultural thing, but it felt cold. You can rent a water kettle for €15, and you’ll get the money back if it’s returned in good condition. But even that feels like a trust issue with guests. For hot water, a deposit system like that seems excessive. The price matches the service and accommodation. It’s not great, not bad—just okay. Don't expect much more than the basics.

This place is a fantastic spot for a family trip! Its location is really good, situated between the city centre of Rome and the coast (Ostia). You might have to queue a little bit for check-in, but it's definitely worth it, especially for the price. The accommodation was pretty clean, and having air conditioning in the cabin was a real bonus. The staff were friendly, and you'll find everything you need on-site, although the food was a bit average. The absolute highlight for us was the water park – my little boy absolutely loved it! Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
