The staff spoke good English and where very helpful, I called prior to arriving as I read online about driving permits in Rome and the hotel staff where able to advise me. It seemed like the toilet might have been broken and without water. After contacting the staff, they immediately came to inspect and moved me to a different room. Although this room was a bit smaller, it had a refrigerator and a kettle, which I actually preferred."
