"Very good and quiet place, in step-by-step availability shops, restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, hairdresser. Also walking to the metro 10 min or bus to Romford Metro. The hotel has a very good English breakfast for £12. The room was a fan that in the heat saved very much at night, cleaning every day. Staff knows Russian. In general everything at home, I was happy with the rest for this money."

"I booked a queen size and it’s not one. Very small, tight. Would I book here again, maybe? If I needed something urgent and nearby to Romford but aside from that no. Please stop advertising the room as queen size when neither the bed or the size of the room is that. Way too cramped for 2 people. Luckily I didn’t have any luggage on me as that would have been worse."

"Lovely and modern inside main reception/restaurant area, but a few teething issues which will hopefully get sorted now up and running again. I was given the key to someone elses room, so walked into a room full of belongings and then the next day my key lost it's programming, so had to go back to reception yet again.
Rooms aren't very sound proofed, so there was a few nights where I had people non stop walking through the corridors at gone midnight shouting and singing where likely drunk from the bar. Overall okay stay for the money though, bottles of water and a few biscuits were provided too which was a lovely touch.
Bar prices very reasonable too"
