"Ningbo was the sixth stop on our self-drive tour of nine cities in Zhejiang, and we stayed at the Ningbo Zhongdu New Century Grand Hotel, which we were very satisfied with overall. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the south square of Ningbo Railway Station. For those traveling by car, the hotel boasts a huge free underground parking lot, making parking very convenient, especially for self-driving trips. The hotel lobby has a dignified and grand business style, and the front desk service was warm and efficient. We even received fresh fruit upon check-in. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were well-equipped. The hygiene was impeccable; the room was neat and meticulous, making for a truly reassuring and comfortable stay. Overall, from its convenient location and comfortable rooms to its excellent hygiene management, the comprehensive performance was quite satisfying. It's a perfect stopover point for self-driving tours in Ningbo."

"The facilities and amenities were all fine, but many aspects of the service were just speechless. For example, I booked two executive king rooms with balconies for three adults and two children. For two whole days, from the front desk to the restaurant, they kept asking me to pay for an additional half-price child's breakfast. So, could one of my original four adult breakfasts be converted to half-price for a child then? Secondly, I found out that guests on the executive floor could enjoy drinks at the executive lounge, but no staff member informed me of this from check-in. I even傻傻地 asked why there were no drinks in the mini-bar. For a room rate of four to five thousand, not even a simple reminder about a complimentary drink or a proper discussion about a half-price children's meal is just baffling. Other services, however, were excellent, from the room's cleanliness, the view, the restaurant's food, to the service at the recreational facilities – all were very good."

"The scenery is really good. On the mountain, the floor-to-ceiling windows open up the rolling hills, and the scenery is delicious. The breakfast environment is very good, there are not many varieties, but it is clean and attentive. The scenery outside the window is beautiful during the meal, and the swallows are flying. It feels good. The outdoor infinity pool is also good, the water is clean and the scenery is good. Usually there are not many people and it is relatively quiet. Many recreational facilities in the mountain are not open to tourists and are not open. The hotel is not easy to find for the first time. You have to drive up from the bottom of the mountain along the right hand side. The sign of the hotel at the fork in the road is not very conspicuous. In fact, it is difficult to find the hotel. Just turn right at the fork in the road. There are no charging stations, and there is nothing to eat or do near the hotel. It is in a village and is surrounded by farmland. However, looking out from the hotel, the scenery is indeed beautiful, and it is pitch black at night. I didn't find a place where fireflies are flying. I read reviews before and said there was no service. Except for holidays and weekends, this hotel is usually not crowded, so there are not many waiters. If you like cleanliness, you can't go wrong. The air at 5 o'clock in the morning is really good and original. , but no mosquitoes. The bath water is quite large and the air conditioner is cold enough. "My husband and I arrived in Fenghua on September 15th and checked into the Howard Johnson Plaza Ningbo Fenghua. As soon as we entered the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. Mr. Zheng (Zheng Shuangquan) at the front desk carefully introduced us to the hotel's facilities and amenities. Later, due to our age, we made some special requests, and he helped us arrange them one by one with the approval of the lobby manager, Mr. Lei. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you for your care and concern! Furthermore, the hotel's rooms and breakfast restaurant were exquisite, elegant, and comfortable. The cleaning staff diligently kept the rooms and corridors spotless, and the beautiful concierge also provided warm care! [Strong][Strong][Happy] Thank you for your hospitality. The breakfast was rich and the dining environment was elegant and comfortable. I look forward to staying here again! [Rose]"

"This is at least the best B&B I've stayed in in the past five years. I had planned to go to another place, but it was too late to make an appointment. This one I found on the spur of the moment was a pleasant surprise. The most impressive thing was the swimming pool in the courtyard. It was very clean. The owner said he also swims in the mornings. It's 1.5 meters deep and has life jackets and floaties for the kids. The room has a wooden peaked ceiling and smells of wood (a bit like the pine bed at home). We arrived a little before 8 p.m. that night and were greeted by a parking attendant (it was actually quite easy to find. Although the last section is a village road, it's well-lit and easy to drive). They even cooked noodles for us so we didn't have to wait for takeout. The room was incredibly large and even had screens. Each house has electric sliding glass doors, so there weren't many bugs in the room. I was lucky, though. I spotted a cricket and sent a WeChat message, and a waiter immediately came to take care of it. (There was also a brief water outage, which I didn't notice, but the waiter called to alert me.) I chatted with the owner's wife for a while, and she said this is their retirement home, where they still live. In the mornings, the owner waters and cools the yard herself. It just so happened that there were no other guests on our arrival day, so they offered to upgrade us to a family room for easier mobility. (But I still preferred the king room I booked; it was so spacious and had a pool view.) We had lunch the next day and were very satisfied. They gave us some delicious rice cakes as a gift before we left. Before I even left, I sent a recommendation to PYQ, and several friends immediately asked about it. It's truly great! I plan to visit again when I have time."

"While there are many luxury resorts around the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, very few genuinely entice my family and me to return repeatedly. However, the picturesque Park Hyatt Ningbo, nestled by mountains and water, is definitely one of them. Although the hotel has been open for fourteen years, and the room decor and hardware facilities honestly show their age a bit, the biggest advantage of being built early is its exceptionally prime location. In other words, it occupies the best, most central spot in the Dongqian Lake area, truly standing out from the crowd. In fact, when staying at a resort like this, there's little need to venture out in search of beautiful scenery or delicious food (unless you're staying for more than three nights). The shimmering blue waters and verdant mountains here offer a new view with every step and every moment. As you stroll, you'll encounter ancient structures and historical sites (like the Tea House), a visual blend of Chinese and Western aesthetics (such as the Red Restaurant), Black Pearl-rated Chinese delicacies (Qianhu Fish Port), and Park Hyatt's top-tier Western cuisine (Yue Xuan). Add to that the newly opened petting zoo (with peacocks, miniature pigs, black swans, lambs, deer, and rabbits) and an organic farm (with various fruits and vegetables), and guests can easily lose themselves in enjoyment without ever leaving the property. Of course, what truly satisfies my family and me most is the hotel's professional, warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. A special thank you to the hotel management and service team who provided such careful care and attention during our stay. This includes some staff whose names I know and many more whose names I don't (or didn't remember), such as Director of Rooms Brown, Front Office Manager Catherine, Director of Food & Beverage Lily, Yue Xuan Restaurant Manager Vivian, and Pastry Chef Leo. "The original ecological village scenery is really beautiful. The restaurant of the B&B is about a 5-minute walk from the room. Breakfast is a set meal for one person, which is enough for adults to eat. But the service needs to be improved. I waited for half an hour with my empty tray before I got my squeezed noodles. The naughty kids at the next table were noisy and closed the door loudly without any dissuasion. Dinner was also solved in the restaurant. The chicken soup and ** fish head were well received! My husband said that he was still not satisfied. He could cook noodles for breakfast the next day with the soup that he couldn't finish. This is also a good point! There are two points to be improved. One is that the door and window gaps in the room are not sealed enough. Even if the air conditioner and floor heating are turned on, you can still feel the cold air near the doors and windows. One is that the water in the private soup is not hot enough. When I was storing water, I put all hot water, but when I was soaking, I could only say it was warm water. The boss said that the faucet should not be turned off and the water should be changed all the time. I also tried it. The main reason was that the hot water was not hot enough.
