Nice Hotels with Rooftop Pools

"The hotel was amazing, despite various reviews, it was clean, modern, the staff was really kind and the deposit was returned after a few days. Amazing window view and a pool with view of airport runway. Just wow for the price!"

"The hotel is located on a hillside. It is a sea-view room with a balcony. The view is very good. The boss is also very hospitable. 10-15 minutes walk from the old town and 15-20 minutes from the beach. Hotel services have Michelin standards. The restaurant can be recommended by the front desk, the quality is very good. Breakfast is not included. You can go to the restaurant or take it to your room. Enjoying breakfast on the balcony while watching the sea! Breakfast delivered to the room is divided into express 12 euros per person, and continental 20 euros per person. It is recommended to choose continental because express only bread. Parking is available if there is a place in front of the hotel. All in all, a very, very pleasant stay! highly recommended!"

"The location is convenient – about a 10-minute walk to Nice Riquier train station, and 20-25 minutes on foot to Place Masséna. Tram #1 runs nearby, and a bit further, from Place Garibaldi, you can catch tram #2 to the airport and tram #3. Across the street from the hotel is a shopping center with a Carrefour that we visited daily. The room has almost everything you need for a stay, including a well-equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine (we don't drink coffee, so didn't use it), refrigerator, and dishwasher (with a few tablets provided). There was also dish soap, but no sponge (we had to buy one ourselves). There was also no cutting board (we bought one too). All necessary utensils are available (though for knives, there's only a small one for vegetables and a bread knife; a larger, all-purpose knife would have been nice). For those who care, there were no cooking essentials like salt, sugar, or spices, which are usually present in apartments of this type. As warned beforehand, there's no cleaning service during your stay (there's a vacuum cleaner in the closet). You have to take out the trash yourself, and towels are not changed (there's a heated towel rail in the bathroom, which is very convenient; you can wash something and it dries quickly). The bathroom has liquid soap and shower gel, a bathtub, and a shower hose. An ironing board is available (I don't recall an iron as it wasn't needed). There's also a safe. Our stay was quite satisfying, and we would book again."

"This hotel is incredibly close to the train station, which is super convenient whether you're arriving from Paris or planning day trips to other small coastal towns in the South of France. The tram station is also just a few hundred meters' walk away, and you'll pass supermarkets on the way if you need to grab anything. I don't think I found any photos of the hotel interior, but the room was very clean and tidy. In the lobby, near the elevator, you can get free hot water anytime, and there's also a microwave. There's an amazing African restaurant nearby! I ate there almost every day during my three or four days in Nice; it was so good I barely had a chance to try proper French cuisine. A very popular croissant shop is also within walking distance."

"Good location close to the Promenade and Jean Medecin. Good amenities and I had got to relax. I had a balcony in my room. Room service food was not the best as it was precooked and was not heated evenly that the risotto was stuck together and looked like it was still frozen. It was not what I had expected."

"The hotel's location and exterior are quite good. However, the interior facilities are quite dated. There was a faint musty smell in the guest room corridors. Additionally, while most of the front desk staff were very good, a few exhibited signs of racial discrimination."

"The room was very small. After I put down a double bed, there was no space. I barely opened my suitcase on the ground. Maybe my suitcase is too big. There is basically no place to go after opening. The bathroom is larger than the room. The water is better, the hot water is very fast, and the water pressure is quite large. Whether it is a room or a bathroom, it is very clean. But in the bathroom, the cup is made of plastic cup. It's not very environmentally friendly, and the plastic cups are still packed in plastic. Disposable plastics can easily pollute the environment. I recommend going out to bring your own cup, which is both environmentally friendly and hygienic. There are not many varieties of breakfast, the taste is average, but it is very convenient, you can cook your own eggs, their home egg cooker is really cute. Breakfast starts earlier, from 6:00 to 10:00. It is quite convenient to catch a flight, and there should be not many places to eat near the airport. It is about 1.2 kilometers from the airport. We walked from the airport terminal 1 for about half an hour. It is not very convenient to use Google Maps. There is a small road with many steps. We carry luggage and it is very inconvenient. If you choose another road recommended by Google, all of them are big roads, not so many steps may be better. We came out of the airport to meet the novotel hotel, which is really close to the airport."

"Very nice service, clean room and facilities in good condition. The position is great with only 2 mins walk to the train station. Convenient area with restaurants opening from 8am to 11pm. Best choice for train trip to suburb area around Nice. Cons: tea and milk provided is normal as in any French supermarkets. The layout of room is a bit tight. The bathroom may splash water out. Generally good hotel in Nice. Would recommend friends to visit as a safe choice in a normal budget."

"The location is next to the embankment, it takes 3 minutes to get to the beach, you can see the sea from the balcony. The impression is good, we sometimes cooked in the room, there are all the necessary utensils. In general, I recommend it"
