"All the staff were very kind. Although my English is not good, they spoke slowly and clearly, which made me feel comfortable. The pool was also clean, and I was able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace. There was only one disappointing thing. This was not the hotel’s fault, but some people two rooms away were singing karaoke late into the night, which made it noisy when I tried to sleep. I called the front desk, but the problem was not resolved. However, overall it is a wonderful hotel!"

"My partner and I absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay here! Not only is the hotel aesthetically-pleasing and clean, but so are the rooms! The staff was especially very accommodating and friendly — the front desk, housekeeping, the guards, the poolside attendant, etc. If it weren’t for our schedules, we’d extend another night to just stay in and laze around in our room. Would recommend this to anyone who’d like to stay in Makati as a tourist or just as a staycation :)"

"Very classic hotel , nice lobby area crowded overall nice hotel only one thing the room its not like the photos its very old furniture and its not same the photo in the hotel picture but we liked the lobby area its very luxurious and nice about the location its bit far from greenbelt you have to walk 15 min to get there"

"I just fell in love with this hotel because it’s SO CLEAN! Seriously, it’s a 5-star cleanliness. From the basement parking to the rooftop pool, everything is sparkling clean. I do love it. There was almost everything we needed in the room and in the bathroom, even vanity kits and facial tissues which is not common for 3-star hotels (I would honestly give them 4 stars🤩) Service… we did have an issue with a waiter at the breakfast in Kaokee restaurant downstairs. I wish they gave him more training time and supervision cause he looked like he was not a good fit for this resto and the hotel. If he continues to work this way, there’s just gonna be a lot of bad reviews and disappointed customers. Other than this, everyone else is super friendly, accommodating and welcoming there. Do note that the parking is NOT free. We paid 400 pesos for around 24 hours. I guess it’s gonna be more if you stay longer. Also, if I stay there again, I would choose no breakfast option cause I’m a fan of Malaysian/Singaporean breakfast (Kaya toast with eggs and milk tea) but it doesn’t come with your booking, they have a separate menu for hotel guests (Filipino/kinda continental options) but Kaokee resto is one of my faves now in Makati, the food is super delicious, reminds me of our trips to Malaysia and Singapore🤩 I would just pay for my breakfast next time and choose what I really want. I would also recommend their Laksa and Salted Egg Shrimps, and both hot and iced Teh (milk tea with condensed milk), the hot one is more flavorful and delicious than the iced one. But my Mushroom and Cheese omelette was super delicious too! So was my spouse’s Longanisa. There’s one more resto you can have breakfast in, so do check the menu there. Their rooftop pool is quite shallow but it felt good to soak there under the sun surrounded by the Makati skyline. It was our staycation and it really worked out cause we felt like tourists in our own city🤩 Thanks to the staff who made it happen despite some disappointing times at the breakfast. Hope it will never happen again"

I recently stayed at St Giles Makati for a one-night staycation and was pleasantly surprised by how convenient and comfortable it was. Location-wise, it's fantastic. The hotel is within walking distance of a nearby mall, 7-Eleven, several hotpot and grill restaurants, and lively bars—everything you might want for a relaxing evening out is just steps away. It's also just a few kilometers away from Glorietta and the rest of the Makati shopping and business district, making it a great base for exploring the city or running errands. The room was just right for two people—not too big, not too cramped. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall ambiance made it easy to unwind after a long day. If you're looking for a quick, no-fuss getaway in the city that’s near good food, nightlife, and shopping, St Giles Makati is a solid choice. I’d definitely consider coming back for another short stay. The quality of the photos doesn’t do justice to the actual room. Sorry, I had to grab them from a video, which is the only one I have."

"We stayed at this hotel and booked a two-bedroom premier suite. The room was huge—perfect for a family staycation. I really liked the spacious layout and how comfortable everything was. It had everything we needed and truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely go back again! Another plus: complimentary parking is available for hotel guests and is located in Basement 3, which was convenient for us."

"The room is clean and spacious. The location is convenient, as it's close to fast food restaurants and a convenience store. The housekeeping staff are friendly and always greet the guests. The view outside is great! However, the room lacks soundproofing you can hear people passing by in the hallway."
