AakoposienricoThe room was clean and good enough for an overnight stay, it has the basic amenities. I only have a comment to the male receptionist and the attendant the night. I booked a room with queen size bed but the receptionist was insisting a room with 2 single beds and even ask me ”Hindi nyo ba kayA maghiwalay Ng higaan sir?” Which I totally find annoying. 2nd, the remote control was really hard to press. I'm not as critical about it because I have a phone to watch anyway but I tried it to make sure that it is functioning properly as I don't want them to charge it to us in the end so I go down to ask them to replace it with a well functioning remote control. Both staffs during that night seem don't want to be disturbed while watching something on to their phone. They make face and make me feel that they are not willing to assist me. Morning staff was better though.
JJudith FranciscoAll goods smooth transaction pang 2 beses nako nag check in dito 💗💖 malapit lang sa work circuit .and maayos lagi yung unit na binibigay💖💖💖💖
GGuest UserGood place to stay on a budget. It’s a bit far from the main spots, but everything is still easy to reach.
The only downside is that there’s no Wi-Fi in the room, but they do let you know about that before booking.

JJenifersYou get what you paid for. The room was ok and clean but quite humid. The area has quite some noise in the morning but night time was fine, so you could have a good sleep. But the WiFi in my room was very very weak. I have to be near the door and toilet to have WiFi access. No WiFi access on bed or sitting near the table or the kitchen area.
Staff are amazing and very helpful which was great. The lift was not working when I left and a staff helped me to take my suitcase down, which Iwas very much appreciated. There is a rooftop area with tables and chairs that you can chill. The swimming pool is there but not so big. Water seemed ok but I am not sure if it’s the water or floor of the pool making it look yellow.
I only stayed for a night and didn’t know much about the area, but I saw some vendors downstairs. There are two entrances for the hotel. So, when you get Grab car or food, you will need to communicate with the driver which entrance you or they are.
The hotel is a bit old. They provided towels and shower gel but no hairdryer. Maybe they have one if ask. The shower water is not very hot but enough for a comfortable shower. Except i felt and smelled a bit humidity in the room, with this price, nothing much to complain about and i consider it as a good stay!
CCambrianThe staff is really nice, helpful, and friendly. They try the best to interact with all the people as my observation and try to remember our name as well.
The location is good for me as it is under visitors gather point and walk out u can see many visitors as u also easy to find a foods especially to who not really cannot accept local road foods.
They also offer free walking tours around the area and explain to u.
Opps not to forget the free welcoming drinks. Probably, if they can indicate the name of drinks, it will be much helpful as I do not know, and too hard for me to remember when staff told me during place order.
The room i booked is dorm for 4. They do offer me a free lock to lock the locker rather than I need to buy the new one. Highly appreciated. But I found the locker is dirty with maybe detergent , i am not sure, but my bag all has been full with the unknown dirty and I need to use my own one time deal tower to clean it . Really sad. Probably, future staff need to check the locker condition besides the bed.
Overall, if u are looking for party night and knowing more new friends, it is good options, but if you prefer a quiet environment, u may need to reconsider.
AAnonymous UserIt was a very nice stay. I also loved that this room was the biggest one I’ve tried in the same branch—and the cleanest too. The Wi-Fi was really fast, so I was able to do some work calls and meetings without any issues. The bed was very comfortable as well.
I remember we overslept during the stay until 12 noon. We didn’t get a reminder call via the landline, and instead someone politely knocked on the door. We also received a call on the phone, but it was on silent, so we didn’t get any notifications. They then told us we could extend until 2 PM, with ₱300 deducted from the ₱1,500 down payment.
The black box wasn’t working, though I wasn’t really planning to use it—I just tried it out. The bathroom was a decent size for one person (so no bathroom romance haha). Overall, it was a great stay.
DDeLilaTheExplorerererI book a shared-room for a few week days. The room is generally clean. I've had an issue with shower heater not heating up and shower room ventilation is not really good in my booked room. I politely informed them about it so I hope the hotel admin put effort removing molds on the 2F shower room ceiling. I appreciate the roomkeeppers for being so helpful and the duty guards for the safe stay. Makati is generally safe but they make it extra with security. Overall, I will still consider the place for short-term budget stays but manage your expectations.

CClarSevThe service at Sunnette was great! Staff, both housekeeping and front desk were really friendly and efficient. They had housekeeping daily, which we didn’t expect, so that was a pleasant surprise. The building is really old (about 40 years), so it has a vintage feel to it. There’s hot water, towels, an induction cooker, a microwave, cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, and pans in the room. If I were to suggest anything, it’d be to bring a warm blanket with you when booking here because the blanket they offer is really thin. Other than that, we had a great experience at Sunnette.
The hotel is right in the middle of the Poblacion nightlife/red light district, so there’s a lot of places to enjoy if that’s your thing and it’s near a bunch of malls like Greenbelt, Rockwell, and Century Mall. It can get noisy at night on the weekends, but fairly quiet on weekdays.

AAnonymous UserI recently found myself in BGC for an event that ran quite late, leaving me without a reliable ride home. Feeling a bit stranded, I decided to try booking a room at the last minute, and I’m so thankful they were able to accommodate me on such short notice.
The process was smooth, the check-in was seamless, and the room was a perfect sanctuary after a long night. Their responsiveness really turned a stressful situation into a restful one. Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable and welcoming place to stay!
