"Great location, just across the road from the beach. Excellent service, the staff were very organized and explained everything clearly during check-in. The hotel isn't the newest, and the facilities show some age. Breakfast was just okay; you'd find better options at local cafes."

"For its price, the hotel is decent. Housekeeping is daily, and the towels are fresh. The biggest drawback is the ants. For the first few days, we coexisted peacefully, barely encountering them, but on the last day, as others have mentioned, they were sleeping in bed with me. There was also an issue with the door lock; it didn't always engage properly when closing. I had to yank the door hard to find that specific position where it would finally lock. On the 9th floor, there's a pool and three exercise machines. The pool is in need of renovation—dirty glass and rusty parts. I never got around to using the exercise machines (even though I specifically chose this hotel for the treadmill 😓), so I can't really review them. The beach is about a 10-minute walk, not very crowded, and there are no sunbeds. You can rinse your feet at the hotels across the street, as there are no faucets on the beach itself."

"I think the building was previously a service apartment. Otherwise, the lobby is too small for a hotel. When we arrived, the lobby was crowded with people. All space was occupied. There are even two sofas placed in one of the lift lobbies for customers. There are two lift lobbies, one for the high-rise flats and one for the low rise.  However, there is no signage to indicate where is for the high-rise and where is for the low rise flats. We had to ask the receptionist, and they told us how we go to the correct lobby. This should be improved.  And For those who do not Like to swim in the beach,the swimming pool is a bit too small"

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 days to explore the sights of Hoi An and soak in the town's atmosphere. I want to express my huge gratitude for the hospitality! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Of course, there are more luxurious options in the world. But we always evaluate hotels based on value for money, which we believe is fair. Let's start from the beginning. Firstly, I want to thank the reception team, Music and Moon. We arrived much earlier than 2 pm, and they checked us in within 5 minutes. Everything was very friendly; they offered us cold lemonade, which was much appreciated as it was very hot, and delivered all our luggage to the room! The reception area is very beautiful, perhaps a little old-fashioned, but tastefully decorated, clean, and attractive, in a rich Vietnamese style! 😊 Now, a quick word about the room. We were on the 3rd floor, with a city view. Despite being on a lower floor, we had a beautiful view of the tiled rooftops, just as we like it! We booked the most basic room, and it turned out to be spacious, with a huge 3-meter bed, a good workspace, and excellent, working Wi-Fi – which was important for us, as we work remotely. Everything in the room was very good, not new, of course, but with a pleasant, oriental charm! Everything worked well; it was very comfortable and clean. The hotel's bedding was excellent. Two small bottles of water every day – a small detail, but a nice touch!!! I want to talk separately about the breakfasts. In our opinion, they were 5++! Primarily because of the atmosphere created in the restaurant. We were there for three days, and it was always uncrowded, with plenty of space, and everything was always available. Every day there was a different soup, an omelet/fried egg/poached egg option, always a selection of fruits, tea/coffee, and pastries. Of course, these aren't Hyatt breakfasts. But for what we paid, we were absolutely delighted!!! Special thanks to the wonderful music, smiles, and responsiveness of the entire restaurant team!!! And a couple of words about the location. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the center (old town), but it's a pleasant and quiet area! Separately, I want to warn you to be extra careful on Vietnamese roads; look left and right three times before crossing – it's very dangerous! ‼️"

"The hotel left a positive impression. There's a fruit market nearby, and a large supermarket is just a stone's throw away, which is convenient for grabbing water, snacks, and other essentials. Several decent cafes are also in the vicinity. Both the Old Town and the beach are about 2 km away. The room was quite clean, though the toilet hadn't been cleaned or even flushed upon check-in. The renovation is recent, and the furniture is in good condition. The shower works, but needs a minor repair. The bed is comfortable, and the linens are clean. However, the pool was a bit dirty: cloudy with debris floating in it – not very pleasant for swimming."

"Friendly service, convenient and comfortable stay. The hotel staff were incredibly nice, and I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade this time, which made me very happy! 🥰 They highlight 24-hour check-in, which is very flexible for travelers. Pros: Great amenities: There's a supermarket downstairs, and it's very easy to hail a taxi and park right outside the main entrance. In-room facilities: The room comes with a simple mini-bar, perfect for dining in. Pleasant surprise: I unexpectedly caught a beautiful sunrise view when I woke up early. Cons/Suggestions: The only slight drawbacks were that the water pressure in the sink was a bit low, and my room was right next to the staff room, so I was woken up by work noises around 6 AM. However, considering the room upgrade, I still found it very forgivable! Overall, still highly recommended 👍👍👍"

"The balcony of the room is the most valuable one, you can see the Han River River view and the night view of Longqiao. But the water pressure in the room is low, the shower 🚿 water is slow, the water is light yellow not white, the water quality in other hotels is clear, the room design layout is too small, the living room is large, and the bathroom shower space is too small."

"The service was exceptional, with staff demonstrating attentiveness and a willingness to assist at every turn. Facilities were pristine and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. The food, both in quality and presentation, exceeded expectations, providing a delightful culinary experience."

"This was the first hotel where I felt I'd want to stay again purely because of how wonderful the staff were. The person I interacted with was incredibly kind and lovely, I was truly surprised. The only issue I had was that there were many small ants in the room. They were only in the kitchen and a small part of the room, thankfully not in the bed, so it was manageable. But if I were staying long-term, it might have been more problematic for me. The room itself felt more like a studio apartment for an extended stay rather than a typical hotel room. It had a kitchen and a large refrigerator, like a one-room apartment. There were also dishes and cooking utensils, which would be great for anyone comfortable using them. The rooftop facilities were fantastic, with a pool and hammocks – perfect for just relaxing and unwinding. There's also a small cafe at the entrance where you can buy water and sodas, which was very convenient. My flight was on the evening of my checkout day, and not only did they let me store my suitcase all day, but they also allowed me to use the rooftop even after checking out, and said I could use the showers up there. Since I had spent the day enjoying myself and working up a sweat, being able to shower before my flight was incredibly helpful. Coincidentally, the day I visited was a public holiday, and they even had fireworks on the rooftop and offered snacks like fruit, which showed such wonderful thoughtfulness."

"Check-in on the night of June 15th, check-out on June 17th. I'm writing an honest review to help fellow Koreans. *Overall, the hotel staff are friendly.* *The room is quiet with no noticeable noise.* *The air conditioning is very cold.* *You can watch YouTube.* 1. This hotel requires a deposit of 1,000,000 VND per night. Any paid services you use at the hotel (laundry, F&B, etc.) will be deducted from your deposit upon check-out. Korean guests, please keep this in mind. 2. Late check-out is possible (if the hotel isn't fully booked). Many people take late-night flights back home. My flight was at 11 PM, and I extended my check-out until 6 PM for about 1,400,000 VND. 3. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Han Market. Along the way, you'll find Cong Cafe, 4P's Pizza, and Michelin-starred restaurants. The location is unbeatable. 4. While the rooftop pool isn't huge, the view is great, making it worth using every day. (However, the food and beverage service from the bar is generally expensive). Two cocktails can easily set you back 600,000-700,000 VND. I recommend enjoying it once and then finding other bars. 5. The rooftop bar that operates in the evening only sells cocktails, not food. This is also very expensive. I recommend trying it once for the experience. 6. The breakfast selection isn't vast, but the quality is above average. This is especially noticeable in the freshly made pho, fried eggs, and omelets, which are excellent. The other buffet items are standard. I think women would particularly enjoy the breakfast, especially the delicious bread. 7. The room was clean, and the cleaning quality was good, but it seems they don't check the amenity levels. Some were empty and weren't refilled. 8. This was a pleasant surprise: it was my birthday during my stay, and I hadn't mentioned or requested anything, but they still prepared a birthday dessert in my room. 9. There was only one minor disappointment: my girlfriend and I checked in near midnight on June 15th. It's a 5-star hotel, but there was no bellboy to help with our luggage. Perhaps it was due to the late hour? From a service perspective, this was a letdown for a newly built 5-star hotel right from the first impression. Finally, I've attached photos of the breakfast, and I hope my review helps everyone staying at this hotel."
