"The room is a serviced apartment with a washing machine, dishwasher, kitchenware, tableware, and a sofa bed. It is very comfortable and clean for a family of three."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure Parramatta. The location is super handy—close to everything I wanted to see and do. My room was comfy and clean, which made winding down after a long day easy. The pool was a nice bonus, and the food at the hotel was tasty. Everyone on staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. All in all, a great spot to stay if you’re visiting Parramatta. "I have stayed twice in three months. I have booked this time. I am very satisfied with the double suite. The terrace is very large. The kitchen is fully equipped. It can cook more than six people. The fly in the ointment is another room. The difference is that the air is dripping.  No room, bed, room, lobby, suggestion, suites are better than standard double rooms."

"My flight was running late i called them to advise i would be late and the reception man was so helpful at 1am when i think we all wanted to sleep haha Only thing is we didn't know parking we needed to pay for but was at a low cost Mushrooms were amazing and the family loved the food Great experience thank you."
